I genuinely thought this would be straightforward, especially because my earlier campaigns had gone really well. The shirts sold, people started messaging me to say theirs had arrived, and honestly the print quality seemed to be a nice surprise. So far, so good. Then I looked for the payout and things got rather muddled. The automatic email had said seven working days after shipping, but when nothing appeared I was told it was actually around 40 days from the campaign ending. That is a pretty big difference when you are planning costs. I did eventually get the money, which I appreciate, but only after chasing it more than once and waiting beyond that 40-day estimate. The repeated requests to alter my review also felt uncomfortable, if I’m honest. I’d still say the campaign setup and products can work well, but creators need clearer updates and payment timings they can actually rely on. If those bits improve, I’d happily feel more confident using it again.
A hiccup, then proper support
My flatmate sent me an Everpress link after spotting a design on Instagram, so I gave it a go. Delivery was mostly smooth, although there was a small mix-up with my order that had me a bit worried at first. I messaged customer service and, honestly, they were brilliant. Someone got back to me quickly, explained what had happened without any waffle, and sorted a sensible fix. It wasn’t perfect from the start, but the way they handled it made a real difference. The parcel arrived soon after and everything was fine. I’d happily order again.
Think twice before you hit buy
I wouldn't recommend them unless you're happy with surprises and covering the admin. Ordered two premium long-sleeved tees with cuffs, paid extra for the nicer version — got basic ones instead, cheaper feel, not what I wanted. I contacted them thinking it was a mistake and they'd sort it out, but their small-print apparently lets them send a substitute and they don't treat that as their error. So my options were: keep the wrong shirts and they’d give me the price difference, or send them back myself (tracked, at my cost) for a full refund. Fine, but awkward — I didn’t order those plain tees and didn’t want to keep them. Ended up paying about £6 to post them back tracked, waited weeks and only just heard about a refund. Six weeks later I was still chasing money that I had already paid. Bit of a faff, and feels like you’re paying for their flexibility. My tip: check stock and the T&Cs before you buy, and if you do use them, photograph everything and insist on tracked returns. I can see the appeal of their products, but personally I’ll be more careful next time.
Half decent shirts, muddled delivery
three shirts, all the same heavy cotton Gildan type, despite one being listed differently. One print already looked a bit washed out, which was annoying. I did like the weight of the fabric though, not awful, and one of the colours was nicer than I expected — that was a pleasant surprise. I contacted support; they explained the mix-up and offered a refund for the misprinted item, which was reasonable and appreciated. That said, the core issue remains — for the price I expected better consistency and print quality. Delivery was odd, some shipped from Texas and one from Europe, so timelines were uneven. So, I’m less bothered than at first, but still not totally happy.
