I was wary after round two, but it didn't end in a scream. I first found this site because a mate recommended it and I’d actually told my sister about it after my first order (which was great, honestly). So I went back and ordered six bits of clothing — two never turned up. I emailed CS, sent a photo of the invoice like they asked, said the parcel was sealed, and then got a message basically repeating the invoice and implying I’d lost them myself. That felt off — you don’t want to be treated like you’re making stuff up. I get that mistakes happen (we’re all human), and yes, it was only about £20 worth, but it’s the principle. After a bit of pushing they did look again and arranged a partial refund, which is why I’m not leaving a furious rant. Still, the first response felt defensive rather than helpful. If you’re trying them for the first time, be cautious and take photos when you open things; if you’ve got history with them, maybe don’t be surprised if you have to chase. Overall mixed feelings: useful stuff, dodgy handling this time.
Slightly surprised, in a good way
not clinging in the wrong places, and not baggy either. The sizing guide on the site helped more than I expected — I checked it twice, then checked again, silly me. Delivery was a touch slower than ideal (blame the pandemic), but everything arrived in one go and none of it was battered. The colours were true to the photos, and one dress even looked a bit smarter than I bargained for, which was a nice surprise. There are a couple of tiny loose threads on one top, nothing major, just the sort of thing you notice when you're looking closely. Price-wise, it's brilliant if you don't want to spend loads; you can pick up a few decent pieces without feeling guilty. Overall I'm pleased — not blown away, but pleasantly surprised. Will probably order again, especially for basics and casual stuff.
