I recently bought a watch from an online store and had a really positive experience. At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from a company based outside of the UK, but everything turned out fine. Ordering was simple and straightforward, and I was happy to see that they offered a discount on top of their already competitive prices. The delivery date was accurate and the watch arrived on time, just as they said it would. The packaging was good and they even included return labels in case I needed them. It was a nice surprise to see that the watch was already set to the right date and time, even though it was on German time at first (an hour ahead). Luckily, there were no unexpected fees when it arrived, just like the website had mentioned. UPS delivered the package without any problems, so the whole process was really easy.

After several failed attempts, I eventually managed to get through to them on the phone and spoke to a friendly lady who sorted everything out for me. However, I think there might be a mistake with their working hours on the website, as I had trouble reaching them during the hours they're meant to be open.

I've been shopping at Fashionette for a while now and I've always been happy with the service. I really like the selection of Ralph Lauren goods they have. My only slight gripe is that UPS, the delivery company, doesn't give a specific delivery time which can be a bit annoying.

When the clothes arrived, I realized none of my shoes was going to go with it so I decided to place another order for shoes. To my disappointment, the online store didn't have the shoe I wanted and my boy friend's birthday was getting nearer. Having heard about Fashionette in products and customer service, I checked their site and found just the shoe I was looking for. I ordered immediately. Usually, shipping to Leicester where I reside was supposed to take 48 hours but it wasn't up to that when the shoe was delivered to me. I wore it and was able to appear in my boy friend's birthday the way I wanted to.

I've had a really frustrating time with Fashionette lately trying to get a refund that I've been waiting for for over a month now. I've tried reaching out to their customer service several times but haven't heard anything back about what's happening with my refund. They told me that they got my return at the fulfillment center, but nothing has moved forward since then. The fact that Fashionette aren't communicating well or sorting this out has really let me down and left me feeling really disappointed with their service.

I absolutely adore this bag, it's ideal for packing all my bits and bobs for holiday and it's also ideal for everyday use. I'm completely obsessed with handbags, and this one has quickly become one of my top favourites. I searched high and low for a bag like this, and Fashionette offered the best deal by a mile. I'm thrilled with my purchase!

The slippers I got from Fashionette are just fantastic. They are so comfy, like walking on clouds. I've hardly had them off since they arrived. They're really high quality and came quickly, well wrapped but not overdone. I'm over the moon with my purchase.

The customer service at this international website is just terrible. I phoned their helpline and was told there's only one person who speaks English available. Every time I rang again, I got the same message saying the English speaker was busy and to call back in 5 minutes. It was really annoying and not very helpful, especially for a website that serves customers from all over the world. I thought a site selling expensive products would provide better service.
