I ordered two more pairs a fortnight ago for weekend walks and odd jobs in the garden; status still says “processing”. I emailed, no reply. I phoned, and they said they’re moving warehouses so things are slow. The rep even shrugged and basically said it’s caused them trouble too, which was a weird line. Asked if they could speed it up — no dice. So I’m on the fence: the shorts are fine when they arrive — tough fabric, decent pockets, they stood up to a muddy dog walk better than I expected — that surprised me. But the admin and customer care? Not great. I’ll think twice before buying again.
Late gloves, decent kit
send the tracking number, the carrier, an estimated arrival — the usual boring stuff that actually matters. Customer service came through in the end, but only after I chased, so it still feels like they could do better on proactive updates. I’m slightly impressed by the product, and a bit relieved they weren’t a scam, so my feelings are mixed. If they tidy up their comms and put a bit more effort into timely messages, I’d happily bump this up next time. For now, decent kit, patchy experience.
