I had few items from this store few months back For my daughter, and son They have covered almost all the sections.My corner is cycling and walking apparel,shoes , T-shirt, shocks and caps But there are huge collection for kids, women and men. Sportsman will definitely love this store. Brands either in apparel s Shoes,jackets , T-shirt is full of worlds leading brands..So this is not an issue. Full assistance ,lovely assistance from their team Yes, rates may be a concern,but quality and service never allow you to more on this matter.
Ordered a pair of Salomon Walking boots at 9.10 am yesterday morning and at 10.42am got message saying they had been despatched and giving me a tracking number. My boots arrived today just before midday and I am thrilled with them. These identical boots are currently £180 at Cotswald Outdoors and I've paid £122 plus £2 next day delivery, from this company, so extremely happy with entire experience, especially when you consider we're just 7 day from Christmas day. Thank you!
Terrible customer service and they refuse to refund for failed delivery until they've managed to confirmed the parcel as lost with Hermes.
I ordered a pair of trainers, after they failed to be delivered after the expected 48h I contacted Sportsshoes.com. They told me it was with Hermes and they'll contact them to find out where the parcel is and I would hear back from them after 48h. I didn't hear anything. So I contact them again to be told they're still waiting to hear from Hermes and they'll be in touch when they hear back.
After another few days I still haven't had any communication from Sportsshoes.com and I have to contact them again to be told that they still haven't heard from Hermes.
So I try to cancel my order and get a refund but they won't do that until they've had confirmation from Hermes that the parcel has been lost.
So I won't be wasting my time with this unreliable company again and would advise others to avoid them too.
I ordered item and payed via PayPal. Few hours later I get an email form SportsShoes.com that they need some additional information for my purchase (which was €107) such as picture of my ID, and personal info of card holder (even though I used PayPal). After few emails if negotiating I decided to cancel my purchase since SportsShoes.com didn't provide me any valuable reason why should I share my personal informations with internet shop. Still waiting for my money. My advice is to avoid this shop since they are unable to do basic sell-and-deliver process.
Most terrible service! Let's start guys. 1. Almost complete lack of customer support. Online support is almost unavailable. The phones indicated on the site are also not available, from the word AT ALL! Emails are generally answered when they want, if they want to. In dealing with clients, they try to make you look like fools. Delivery times are deliberately false. The first time I ordered sneakers from them, I waited, but did not wait. The courier simply could not find the address, which was more than correct, and sent them back. Okay, I think. Everybody has it. I tried again and the devil pulled me to do it. But this time it's even more interesting. The order was placed on December 24th and hasn't even been shipped yet. When you contact the support service, they start to feed you breakfast, but in fact they blatantly lie. In general, guys. If you want to lose a lot of energy, time, patience and nerves, then I highly recommend this site. In other cases, if you want adequate service, then I do not even advise you to look towards this store. The review was made fairly and based on facts. And so, it's time to supplement your review.

The dude who called me was from the support service, an Englishman to the root of his bones and he told me about Brexit, who could have known that it would turn out like this)) The whole world knew, but a true Englishman was at a loss and simulated a schoolboy very cool)) I told them more than once, guys, indicate on the site truthful information in connection with such problems so that there would be fewer such complaints and problems, this will be right for everyone, but again, they don't give a damn! I ordered a pair of boots. They ran out of my size so refunded me but didn't notify me. When I called them we arranged delivery of another pair of boots. This was two weeks ago. I have been trying to get in touch with Sports Shoes for 5 days now. They are not returning calls and often the phone wont even ring. I eventually got hold of a stroppy customer service agent who said a manager would call me. I am still waiting. Do not use this company unless you are prepared to be badly messed around.
Beware!! On the day I made my purchase the site said it would be $1.99 for shipping. I didn’t notice until afterwards that they had charged me $7.98 for shipping. I emailed them to ask for the credit and ended up with a series of back and forth emails with them telling me that if there are additional items the cost would be higher. They mentioned that it is on their site but they have yet to prove that to me. What actually is on their site is that for orders up to $50 the shipping is 5.99 and for orders over $50 the cost is 3.99. My order was well over $50 and I was charged $7.98. Nowhere on their site does it mention additional charges for additional items. It is based on the value of the order not the number of items. I’m not even trying to get them to adjust it down to the 1.99 it should have been on that day. I just want them to adjust it to what their site says the cost will be! Their customer service team seems to be tone deaf! I have actual screen shots of their site saying shipping is $1.99 for orders over $50 on the day of my purchase, as well as the normal shipping policy of 3.99 for over $50. I don’t see a way to post these pictures.
