    Faulty shoes returned for refund

    I bought some shoes from here, but they turned out to be faulty. So, I got in touch with a guy called Hammaad Khan from customer service through email. He was really helpful and professional, and we managed to sort everything out speedily. He offered us the choice of picking some new shoes as a replacement, but we went for a refund instead. It was all done smoothly without any problems. I must say, I was very impressed with the service and how well they dealt with the situation.

    Running shoes for husband

    I bought a pair of running shoes for my husband from SportsShoes not too long ago, but I've been really let down by both the shoes themselves and the customer service. After just a couple of months of wearing them, holes started to show up and get bigger in the airflow holes above the toes in the shoe fabric. When I got in touch with customer service about this problem, I was taken aback by their response. They immediately blamed the issue on the shoes being the wrong size, even though I made sure they fit properly with enough room. It was really annoying to keep being told that the size was wrong, and I felt like they were talking down to me, as if I didn't know what a well-fitting shoe should feel like. The material around the airflow holes just wasn't strong enough to handle the movement of running, which led to the holes appearing. The customer support team's insensitive and unhelpful attitude left me shocked.

    I was a bit unsure about buying from this shop to begin with, but I'm really pleased I did! The discounted spikes I got were a bargain and the delivery was really fast.     I had a really good experience with the customer service team at SportsShoes. I needed to sort out a return and the guy I spoke to, Hammaad, really knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and patiently talked me through the Returns Policy. I was so impressed with how helpful he was that I made a mental note to ask for him next time I needed help. I decided to place a new order and my new shoes arrived quickly within a day. All in all, I was really happy with the great service they provided.

    Wow, I just have to say, the customer service at this store is brilliant! A really friendly guy helped me out when I had trouble ordering online.     The VAT refund process for us Channel Island residents was a piece of cake! Beth got it sorted in just 6 minutes after I sent an email. Oh my goodness, talk about a speedy response!     I recently purchased some shoes from this company and honestly, it was a nightmare! They've got two returns addresses that don't even communicate with each other. I had to jump through hoops to prove that I had sent back the shoes, even though they'd had them in their possession for an entire week! And then, after acknowledging that they had received the shoes, they had the cheek to offer me store credit instead of a refund. What a complete rip-off!
