Bit of a mix-up, but ended up ok 11 March 2026

I got the wrong thing at first and I was properly annoyed, not going to lie. I emailed and they came back with a few different offers — one email said keep it and we’ll give 20% back, another said they could remake it but it was out of stock, or I could return it for a 70% refund (minus a crafting fee) which sounded a bit messy because they hadn’t given me a return address. The moment I actually felt satisfied was when they proposed a straightforward 50% discount to keep the item. That was just clear, fair and I could see it was easier than chasing parcels and paying postage. So yeah, a bit of back-and-forth, a little frustration, but when they cut through the waffle and offered a sensible option, I relaxed. If you run into this, I’d suggest asking for a simple resolution like that — saves time and stress. Felt relieved more than anything, and the item itself is fine for what I needed. Would I order again? Maybe, but I’d double-check the details first.
