I tried to redeem a voucher on this site and it felt clunky from the start. The checkout showed a higher value, I clicked through, filled in my details and then the amount I actually received was noticeably less. No clear warning while redeeming, only the tiny receipt that mentions a fee later on. That rubbed me up the wrong way. I use these services sometimes to send small crypto gifts or to avoid lengthy KYC for quick swaps, so I don’t want surprises. The reply from support was polite but didn’t really help — just pointed to a fee percentage. So yeah, it worked in the end, but it left a sour taste and cost me time and cash. I’ll look for another route next time, maybe a Binance gift card and a quick swap with someone I trust.
Bit cheaper than it looks

The site let me hit redeem, then threw a vague error at me and told me to contact support. Support eventually fixed it, after a day or two, which was fine, but the awkward bit was the silence and the canned replies. It felt like shouting into a void and then being told "someone else will look at it" with no clue who or when. A few days later I tried again with a bigger voucher and, yep, same muddle. I lost time and about the value of two lunches while waiting. On the plus side, the fees aren’t a surprise once you’re used to the platform, and when they do act they actually sort it. Just wish they’d explain the why of the error instead of the usual mystery message — would save a lot of anxious refreshing.
