Mystery bundle, disappointed with packaging
I spent £30 on a mystery bundle hoping for hair products, but ended up with mostly skin care items. I'm looking forward to giving them a go, but unfortunately two of the bottles were damaged and leaked everywhere in the box. Now I have hardly anything left to use.

I decided to take a risk and ordered the mystery box, and I'm so happy I did! It only cost me £20, but I got a lot more products than I expected. The best items for me were the vitamin C serum and face cream, they really made my skin look amazing! Bundle purchase with packaging issue
The only thing that wasn't quite right with my recent purchase was the packaging. I bought a bunch of stuff and when it turned up, it was all stuffed in a big box with no protection. As a result, one of the pots was a bit cracked and leaking. I reckon if they had chucked in some polystyrene or paper, it would have been fine. Apart from that, the products were top-notch and I'm happy with my order overall. I'll definitely think about buying from this company again down the line.
Coconut & aloe vera hair products, Lemonade lip repair
I am absolutely thrilled with the products I bought from this company. The coconut and aloe vera hair products have really done wonders for my difficult-to-manage hair, it now smells fantastic and much easier to handle. And let me tell you, the lemonade lip repair has been a real game-changer for my dry lips. It not only tastes great but also immediately hydrated and softened my lips after just one use. I did have a little problem with a package that got damaged in transit, causing some items to go missing, but Sam from customer service was really quick to help sort it out, which I really appreciated. My only small gripe would be with the packaging - the products were a bit too free to move around in a box that was too big. Despite that, I've been a happy customer for a good while now and will definitely keep on supporting this company.

The products from Give Me Cosmetics are really good quality and they work well, but I was a bit gutted when I ordered two mystery boxes and they both turned out to be exactly the same. Being a regular customer, I was hoping for a bit more variety in what I got. On top of that, I didn't get the free eye brightening cream that was meant to come with my order, which was a shame.

Oh my goodness, I absolutely love these products! I have been using the shampoo, conditioner, heatspray, and serum for ages now, and my hair has never looked better. It's so soft, smells incredible, and just looks really healthy. Recently, I got some skincare products in a surprise box I bought for £20, and they are just as amazing as the hair products. My skin is glowing and feels so refreshed. I can't believe how much I adore everything I've tried from this brand!
2 Satin pillowcases
I purchased two satin pillowcases as a christmas present for my sister who's recently started taking an interest in hair care. I ordered on the 3rd of December and it did not arrive until the 6th of January. Around 7 days later I began to worry about my order not being dispatched yet so I emailed to check on my order and was assured it would be sent soon. A few days later on the 18th I checked their website again only to find out they had a dispatch cut off date of the 18th that I had not been informed of. I sent 2 emails panicking as it would no longer arrive in time and asking to cancel my order. No response. I go into more of a panic as they do not accept returns so I cannot get a refund. Their team finally contacts me today on the 8th of January apologising for the inconvenience and offering me a 15% discount for a future order and nothing more. I am appalled by how this was handled. I understand a christmas rush however the way give me cosmetics handled this situation is shameful.

So, yeah, I got this really great shampoo and conditioner combo, and it came pretty fast! It wasn't too pricey and it's really doing wonders for my dry and thick hair. Overpackaged order
