Shampoo, conditioner and hair madk
Well what can I say?! The product if you can get it out of the bottles is nice. The product isn’t cheap and after two uses the plastic on the bottles creased and I was unable to get any more product!
I emailed the company and received an anonymous response telling me that all their bottles passed product control and it’s a matter of strength to get the product out of the bottle! I have never had problems squeezing a bottle of shampoo or conditioner before!! They actually suggested I used two hands and squeezed the product into a soap dish which is ridiculous! This product is not cheap and I think their customer service response poor so I certainly wouldn’t recommend or buy again!!Shampoo, conditioner and hair mask
I recieved mine 2 weeks ago, came the next day which was great. I couldn’t wait to use it after seeing all these fab reviews. First time used I didn’t really think much of it, no smell to it really and my hair didn’t feel any different to bed head ive been using previously. I thought miracles don’t happen overnight so tried another couple of washes through the week, the bottle crushed so you could t get it out. At that price and small bottles I would definitely not recommend or buy this again. I will stick to bed head, smells beautiful and much bigger bottles than the price of give me cosmetics.
Give me hair mask
All set and ready to go, so excited from seeing all the videos on social media of how lush and fantastic this product is....followed instructions to a T rinsed off, blow dried as normal and hey Presto....it's RUBBISH!! No lovely silky hair as promised, just my normal dry ends and certainly not a salon finish. Thought hey it could be my hairdryer but no I have a Dyson hairdryer which is very good. So what what went wrong? A con? Or just sucked into all the social media rubbish. Sorry but wont be using it again.
Give me shampoo and conditioner
I can't recommend this enough!!! I used to spend a lot of money on high end conditioners as I've been sick recently and lost a lot of my hair. Always tangled to the point I had to cut knots out. From the first use my hair was feeling so soft and the knots came out so easy. When dried it was so manageable. I'm on ordering my second set but anyone who reads this please take a chance. I was knocked off my feet as my hair is so course and thought nothing would ever fix it after treatment for being ill. ????
2 Satin pillowcases
I purchased two satin pillowcases as a christmas present for my sister who's recently started taking an interest in hair care. I ordered on the 3rd of December and it did not arrive until the 6th of January. Around 7 days later I began to worry about my order not being dispatched yet so I emailed to check on my order and was assured it would be sent soon. A few days later on the 18th I checked their website again only to find out they had a dispatch cut off date of the 18th that I had not been informed of. I sent 2 emails panicking as it would no longer arrive in time and asking to cancel my order. No response. I go into more of a panic as they do not accept returns so I cannot get a refund. Their team finally contacts me today on the 8th of January apologising for the inconvenience and offering me a 15% discount for a future order and nothing more. I am appalled by how this was handled. I understand a christmas rush however the way give me cosmetics handled this situation is shameful.
Full Haircare Set
I bought this set after seeing a celebrity use it and its honestly the best hair care I've ever used on my hair! I suffer with dry damaged hair and I've tried all kinds over the years, but nothing compares to this brand! So affordable and does what it says on the tin, would recommend!
Care hamper
Yet to use the hair mask as it was delivered today, however I couldn’t wait to try the cleanser. One word WOW!! Using the cleanser and the soft sponge just 1 time my makeup was completely removed and my skin feels amazing and it’s glowing, definitely my new cleanser. Will also do a Revlon the hair mask once I’ve used it. But if the cleanser has anything to go by I will not be disappointed
Mum box
Contains shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, cleanser, 2x face masks and eye pads, ordered on Wednesday and arrived Saturday, absolutely no issues thus far with ordering, even emailed the company to put their response times to the test and heard back within an hour, not used the products yet but am planning a pampering later xx

Think we need to all understand there getting paid a lot of money and we are paying their wages by purchasing these expensive products !!!Haven't ordered
I saw the ads on Facebook and was going to order but after reading the reviews it has put me right off, especially as the product are not particularly cheap and problems with the bottles. Just glad I checked up on this product before ordering.
Hair care kit
Cannot get conditioner out of bottle. Got 2 uses from the Hair Mask. Customer service is shocking and illegally claiming I cannot return products for a refund.
I was proved right about ordering a product from Facebook. If it was any good they would sell it in Boots.
Very rude unprofessional.£75 hair care products
Ordered on 3rd Jan & heard nothing since. Emailed them twice to find out where my delivery is & got no reply. No phone contact anywhere on site to make proper contact with anyone. Now very suspicious that this company have kept the money with no intent of delivery. Wont be using again obviously. Now the battle to try & get a refund or my actual order.
Give me men gift set, give me woman's gift set
Taken £47 after ordering my items on 2/12/20. Emailed on 8/12/20 as I've not got my delivery. Not answered me as yet. I need these products for Xmas. I'm not made of money
I have the same issue £75 order, heard nothing. Sent 2 emails to find out where my order is, still nothing. No phone number to contact anyone. Very disappointing with customer service. Will not recommend or use this company again. Seem to have taken my money & not nothing for it.
I had nearly a £200 order on beauty and hair products
You took my order and money sent a email to say products being despatched then I received a email saying my order looked suspicious well it never when you took nearly 200 out of my account but it looks suspicious now I won’t receive my products until I send in proof of my billing address and ID sorry that’s wrong never had this happen before it’s my banks job to bring up suspicious behavior on my account it’s a joke saying this after you’ve taken money of a suspicious order first I will never order of them again annoyed me beyond they have no phone number to ring either I want my money back as I’m suspicious of this company now
Beauty Box
When this box first arrived it looked great and thought the products would be amazing. Unfortunately I feel now I wasted my money. I've not used everything yet but the makeup remover was the worst one I've ever used. It left my skin greasy and didn't even remove the makeup from my eyes. I went to bed with sore eyes too. Tweezers were ok but not brilliant. So far not great. It looks nice getting all those products but they are not as useful as I thought.
