    Eyeshadow palette purchase

    I bought an eyeshadow palette online, but it arrived damaged. I wasn't happy about it, so I got in touch with customer service straight away to sort out a return and refund. Unfortunately, even after trying a few times and waiting for three weeks, I still haven't heard back from them. It's really disappointing to deal with such bad customer service. Looks like I might have lost my money here. I'd recommend staying away from ordering online from this company - their customer service online seems to be pretty unresponsive and not very helpful.

    Eyebrow liquid pen

    I purchased this eyebrow liquid pen while I was in London and when I returned home, it wouldn't work. I rang the store and they just said, sorry, we can't assist you, you'll have to come back to the store... What? I can't simply hop on a plane and fly to London in an instant! They advised me to email customer service, but you know what? It's been 5 entire days and I haven't received a response. What kind of service is that? I do adore their products, but this entire experience was awful. I'm so furious, I will never purchase from them again!

    My most recent online order went smoothly until my package never turned up. I tried contacting them multiple times for help, but they kept ignoring my emails. I had to take matters into my own hands and dispute the transaction with my credit card company before I got any kind of solution.     Liquid eyeshadow

    I recently decided to give the liquid eyeshadow from this brand a go, but it turned out to be a total disaster. Once I put it on, my eyelids started feeling like they were on fire, and I had to quickly take it all off because my eyelids ended up swollen. I've always been a big fan of this brand and never had any problems with their stuff in the past, so I was really let down by this one. Now, I'm thinking about switching to a different brand because I can't risk having to use antibiotic cream again. If anyone's thinking about buying it, I'd recommend testing it out first to avoid wasting your money like I did.

    I recently bought something online, hoping it would be good quality and arrive quickly. Sadly, the whole process was a let-down. I didn't hear anything about my delivery for ages after ordering it. When I tried to find out what was happening, I was told it had been sent back to the warehouse because of some issue with a credit note. Even though I asked for a refund, I never got any money back or a credit note. Their customer service team didn't communicate well or help sort things out, which was really disappointing. Plus, the products I eventually got weren't up to scratch, which just made things worse. All in all, my experience with this online service was pretty poor, and I'd advise others to steer clear.

    Oh my gosh, it's crazy! I bought this eye shadow palette and lipstick on the 24th of April, and it's been 10 days and my order still hasn't been shipped! Can you believe it?     I was really surprised by all the negative reviews I saw, to be honest. I absolutely love their lip products - I might even say I'm a bit obsessed with them. I was a bit let down when I got some lipstick shades from their website that didn't quite meet my expectations. But, I decided to get in touch with customer service anyway, and I was actually really impressed with how quickly they helped me out and sorted the problem. I have to admit, their quick response and great service really impressed me.

    Foundation shade search

    Hey, so I popped into that shop to find my foundation shade, and can you believe it? The first sales girl was so unhelpful, saying they didn't have what I needed. I was just about to leave in annoyance when Jennifer came to the rescue and quickly found my shade. Jennifer, you're a star! Kiko, you should learn from this and employ more assistants like her who actually help customers.

    I'm really worried about the talc in the products I bought from this company. Talc has been linked to asbestos, a dangerous substance, and it's shocking that it's in products meant for skin use. When I raised my concerns with the company, their response wasn't good. They mentioned EU rules and refused to replace my products because they were out of the return period and some had been opened. It's alarming how little they seem to care about customer safety and well-being. So, I've decided to stop using their products because my health comes first. It's disappointing to see a company putting profit before customer safety.

    Makeup for my granddaughter

    I really like the makeup from this store, but waiting for delivery is just not worth it. I used to buy from the local shop, but it's too far away and with COVID, I'd rather shop online. I ordered some makeup for my granddaughter at the beginning of December and it still hasn't come. The customer service team kept telling me to wait another 10 working days, but it's been too long already. I'll need to find other makeup brands that can actually deliver on time.

Her kindness and eagerness to assist really made a difference and made my shopping trip so much more pleasant and easy. It's not often you come across such dedicated staff who truly care about their customers. I'll definitely be coming back to this store because of the fantastic service I received.

    I recently ordered an eyeshadow palette from your company, and I must say, the delivery was a complete disaster. I waited nearly three weeks and then received an email telling me to enjoy my goodies. The problem is, I never actually received my order! When I tried to get my items resent, my request was completely ignored. It's really upsetting how your company brushed off a legitimate issue. Your lack of attention to customer service is really disappointing.
    Kiko sent me another email saying, "Sorry you can't find your order." Well, no wonder I can't find it - it was never delivered in the first place! The courier company provided no information about where my package was, leaving me totally clueless. It's very obvious that Kiko doesn't care about the inconvenience caused to its customers, and that reflects badly on your brand. Maybe it's time to consider using a more reliable courier service if you want to keep any kind of reputation.

Can you believe they offered me a discount when I haven't even received my first order yet? And still, after all this time, no one has got back to me. No help, nothing. It's just not on, it's a total disgrace!!!
