Excellent variety
I'm really impressed by the variety of products on offer at this online store - it's like a treasure trove of fashion! The prices are amazing, and I just can't resist adding more items to my basket. I recently bought a lovely pair of sandals from Glamood and let me tell you, they are just amazing. They are not only stylish, but I also got them at a really good discounted price. Top and Pant Order Mishap
I bought a top and some trousers from this fashion shop not long ago, and oh my days, it was an absolute nightmare. I asked for an Xsmall size for the trousers, but they sent me an X-Large instead. What's even worse is that I had to go back to my country before I could sort it out while I was still in Italy. I tried to get in touch with them about the mistake, but they wouldn't take the trousers back without me footing the bill for the postage. It's so annoying and disheartening to have to deal with a company like that.

DHL made a mistake and sent my parcel to the wrong place, but the customer service team at Glamood were really great in trying to sort it out. Sadly, my package couldn't be found, but Glamood promptly gave me a refund without any fuss. Even with the delivery blunder, this was my second time buying from Glamood, and I'll definitely be back for more. Their prices are amazing, and the stuff they sell is always authentic!
Off white mask purchase
I bought an off white mask from this website not too long ago and I must say, I've been quite disappointed with my experience. I was told that my order would be sent out the next working day, however, it's been several days now and I haven't heard a peep about my order. I even contacted customer service, giving them my order number, 748150, but sadly, I haven't received a response from anyone. This lack of communication and follow-through is really disappointing and not up to scratch. I believe I deserve better service when I fork out my hard-earned cash on a purchase.

I recently bought some discounted items from last season on this website that usually has good deals, you know? But then they suddenly cancelled my last three orders even though I had already paid for them! And to make things even weirder, they deducted an adjustment fee before giving me a refund. I tried to reach out through email to see what was going on, but I never got a response. I recently bought a coat from Glamood by ETRO because I couldn't find it anywhere else. At first, I was a bit unsure as I didn't know much about Glamood, but I decided to give it a go and placed my order. When the coat arrived, I was a bit gutted to see that it was too small for me. However, the customer service I got when I needed to return it was absolutely top-notch. They quickly gave me a return approval number and I paid a small fee for the return postage. I sent the coat back on a Monday and by the next day, Tuesday, I had already got confirmation that my refund was being sorted out. The speed and efficiency of their service really did impress me.
