Luggage set purchase
I recently bought a luggage set from this shop and I have to say, I am really impressed with the whole experience. I'm quite fussy when it comes to shopping, so you can trust me when I say my positive feedback is genuine. I made two orders with them and both times, my stuff arrived the very next day without fail. Just a little tip though, make sure to check the order cut-off times for next day delivery. Whenever I had any questions, whether I got in touch through email or over the phone, their response time was fab and the customer service was top-notch. And on top of that, their prices are really competitive, which is always a bonus. I'm thrilled that I found this shop while looking for a new luggage set. It's now my number one spot for anything luggage-related. I'll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend it to others.

The website was really easy to use and I had no trouble browsing their huge range of luggage. The filters they had helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were good and I managed to snag a top-quality suitcase at a great price. When my suitcase was delivered, it was well-packed and arrived without any damage which was a relief. However, there was a little problem with the delivery. DPD, the courier they used, were just awful. My next day delivery took 3 days to arrive, and I got some confusing and misleading messages from them. Despite this issue, my overall experience with the shop was still brilliant.

I have to say, I was quite pleased with the service from the company at first. Ordering was a breeze and my suitcase arrived in just 3 days. But, I was a bit let down by the actual product. It looked nice, but it was smaller than I thought it would be. Our old suitcase from a different brand had the same size, yet could fit so much more.
