    I recently bought a Coach bag from this shop and I must say, I was quite happy with how everything went.     Perfect bag, speedy delivery

    I'm absolutely thrilled with the bag I got from this company. It was just what I wanted and it arrived super quickly.     Pink flower bag

    I looked all over America for this pink flower bag I really wanted, but it was sold out everywhere, even on resale websites! Then, I came across it on MyBag and thought I'd give it a shot, even though it wasn't in the US. Today, my bag arrived just in time for summer in California! I'm over the moon 😊 Also, despite having a Scandinavian husband (not Danish like the other Crystal), I'm a totally different Crystal 😅

    Empty package received

    I ordered a necklace from this company, but when the package arrived, it was empty. I contacted customer service immediately, and they requested photos of the parcel. However, after I sent the photos, they blocked me and closed my account without giving me a refund or a replacement. I've tried to call multiple times but no one ever picks up. I've also sent several emails, but the responses I received were not helpful at all. I'm really disappointed to be left out of pocket with no necklace to show for it. This has definitely been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I even tried reaching out to the couriers, but they wouldn't help because MyBag was their client. When I asked MyBag to step in, they just said "NO" flat out.

    Tote bag purchase for daughter's birthday

    I'm really gutted at the moment because I bought a tote bag for my daughter's 30th birthday, but the parcel got nicked after the courier left it on my doorstep while I was out.     I recently splashed out on a fancy bag from your website, but when it arrived, it was a bit of a letdown. The bag was pretty beaten up and had been shoved into not just one, but two flimsy plastic bags – hardly enough to protect a luxury item like that. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that both the hardware and the leather of the bag had taken a hit.

    Straightaway, I got in touch with your customer service to sort things out. I was told that it would take about a week for your expert team to figure out if I could get a refund or a replacement. After bugging them twice, I finally managed to send the bag back and get my refund, but it wasn't a smooth ride. I had to keep chasing your customer service team and wait another working week to see my money back in my account.

    All in all, this whole ordeal has been a real headache and I'm not impressed with how things were handled. I expect better service and quicker solutions when dealing with pricey items like this.
