    Perfect bag, speedy delivery

    I'm absolutely thrilled with the bag I got from this company. It was just what I wanted and it arrived super quickly. I really like how they kept me informed about my order, right from buying it to when it was delivered. However, I was a bit let down by the delivery company this time. They just left the parcel by a hedge in my front garden, which wasn't great service at all. My Bag, please think about picking a different courier next time.

    I ordered a necklace from this company, but when the package arrived, it was empty. I contacted customer service immediately, and they requested photos of the parcel. However, after I sent the photos, they blocked me and closed my account without giving me a refund or a replacement. I've tried to call multiple times but no one ever picks up. I've also sent several emails, but the responses I received were not helpful at all. I'm really disappointed to be left out of pocket with no necklace to show for it. This has definitely been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I even tried reaching out to the couriers, but they wouldn't help because MyBag was their client. When I asked MyBag to step in, they just said "NO" flat out.

    I recently bought a Coach bag from this shop and I must say, I was quite happy with how everything went. Ordering it was a breeze, they had some fantastic deals on their website, and the bag arrived pretty fast. I liked the range of bags they had on offer and the flexible payment choices they provided.     Return and refund delay

    I would not recommend shopping at this store. I returned a bag 7 weeks ago and haven't gotten my refund yet. I did everything I was supposed to, even have proof that their courier picked up the bag. I've tried contacting them multiple times but haven't heard anything about my refund.     I looked all over America for this pink flower bag I really wanted, but it was sold out everywhere, even on resale websites!     Tote bag purchase for daughter's birthday

    I'm really gutted at the moment because I bought a tote bag for my daughter's 30th birthday, but the parcel got nicked after the courier left it on my doorstep while I was out. After bugging them twice, I finally managed to send the bag back and get my refund, but it wasn't a smooth ride. I had to keep chasing your customer service team and wait another working week to see my money back in my account.

    All in all, this whole ordeal has been a real headache and I'm not impressed with how things were handled. I expect better service and quicker solutions when dealing with pricey items like this.
