Halfway through the awkward withdrawal paperwork, I realised I could finally breathe again. I’d first heard about Alpha Recovery Firm from a mate at work after getting caught out by a dodgy online deal, and I’m glad I listened. It wasn’t instant and there were a couple of back-and-forth bits, but they kept me in the loop without talking in circles. When the funds landed, that was the moment I knew I’d made the right call. Proper relief, honestly.
Easy to buy, hard to resolve
Bought a game last week and, honestly, the first few minutes gave me a bad feeling. I started trying to install it that evening, but the files kept failing verification, usually on the final download. Support has been the bigger issue though. I’ve sent a few messages about a refund under their 30-day policy and only received automatic replies, apart from one suggestion to download each file separately. Tried that too; same result. The site itself is easy enough to navigate, so it’s not all terrible, but without a real reply or a working game, it feels like money wasted. Still waiting for someone to sort it.
