Standing at my door I peeled open a battered Jiffy bag and felt a bit gutted — six rare figures all shoved into one oversized envelope, dents and creases everywhere, not what you want as a collector. The website was easy enough to use and the prices seemed fair, so that part was fine, but dispatch was slow and the packing felt lazy. They also sent a bunch of emails (three a day or so) which I’ve unsubscribed from. I’ve had fragile deliveries from other shops arrive well boxed, so this was disappointing by comparison. Would I risk buying condition-sensitive items again? Probably not. For cheap, non-fragile stuff I might, but be warned about the packing.
Good pins, dodgy delivery
I only knew I was actually happy when the replacement arrived and the pins looked exactly like the photos — sharp colours, weighty enough, no loose enamel. I first spotted these on a mate's Instagram feed and decided to order; delivery went a bit sideways (sent to the wrong house), which was annoying. Support were great though, instant replies and they sent a replacement straight away. Packaging was slightly squashed, so not flawless, but the pins themselves are good. I’ve already told a couple of friends; would buy again, just hope delivery is smoother next time.
Oddly impressed
Strange to say, I nearly skipped the giant duck — scared it'd be cheap and boxed badly (had that before elsewhere) — but it turned out great, solid detail, and the box was actually better than I expected, weirdly.
Didn't expect it to be this smooth
Midway through deciding I almost backed out — had a nightmare with another retailer recently — but took the plunge. Order arrived swiftly, no need to ring support. Could've been packaged a touch better, though.
Couldn't resist Bruce
First saw Bruce on a mate's shelf, had to buy — feels chunky and lovely to handle, proper tactile. One parcel missed him; they called, said he's on backorder till autumn and they'll send him. Helpful service, made me happy.
Tiny details stand out
Picked them up and halfway through unwrapping I noticed the tiny paintwork — proper neat, even on the feet. Bit pricey for what it is, but I'm still glad I bought them, actually. Would love a Coraline set, please.
Quietly impressed
I first spotted them on a mate's Instagram and ordered — delivery was pretty quick and well packed. Customer service sorted a tiny mix-up smoothly, though the checkout felt a bit clunky. All in all, works well, not perfect.
Not worth the bother
Moved into a new flat and needed a lamp; it arrived poorly seated so light leaks around the edges. The parcel was dented and customer service were sluggish. Returning from abroad is a hassle, so I accepted the loss — a bit disappointing.
Little finds that stick
Right in the middle of a slow Sunday I stumbled on a few odd bits for my desk — a weighty pen cup and a tactile paperweight. They feel proper and useful, I use them every morning with my coffee; browsing here became a nice little ritual.
Moving-saviour find
Halfway through the move I realised I needed a few quirky bits to cheer the new flat — after one too many late shipments I was sceptical. Delivery was spot on, packed well, and customer service replied quickly. Pleased it all turned out fine, I’ll order again.
Quick fix, kept me sane
no comfy chairs and I had to stand, but the repair was neat and the price wasn't silly compared with that awful shop I used before. Not perfect, but solid. I'll be back if needed.
Mid-tea surprise
I was halfway through making tea when the doorbell went, parcels from overseas, surprisingly quick. Both items turned up in perfect nick and that little thank-you note tucked inside made me laugh. They've slotted into my work-from-home setup brilliantly; the build feels solid, and honestly I didn't expect that for the price. I'll be ordering again.
Waited, then bought elsewhere
decent weight, paint's tidy and they sit nicely on the shelf, not perfect but perfectly usable. I emailed the support address multiple times; got one reply asking for proof, I sent it, and then nothing. Good figures, bad comms.
Tiny quackers, surprisingly smug
solid enough to not feel cheap, smooth edges, the size is perfect for a cluttered desk. First impression was sceptical (bubble mailer? really?), then pleased. They sit on my monitor and I keep picking them up, fiddling, laughing at myself. Bonus pin was a cute extra. Do check shipping to your place though — that was the annoying bit.
Inbox roulette
multiple emails with my order number were ignored, delivery got pushed back by months and Twitter DMs were closed to me. In the end the parcel turned up and the product works; not perfect, communication is poor and the wait was long, but it does the job.
Reluctant buyer turned happy collector
patient, honest and actually got stuck-on questions sorted. There were a few small delays and I messaged them a couple of times, but they answered like real people, not a bot, which was a relief. Felt oddly pleased, like someone had my back. Price seemed fair, delivery was tidy, and I’ll probably shop here again.
Blue science jumper, pretty decent
Spotted this jumper at a mate's Christmas do and later nabbed one in the sale. Took a punt on the 'unisex' sizing and it landed slightly on the roomy side — not ideal but perfectly wearable, so I kept it. Feels like polyester (a bit plasticky under close inspection) yet surprisingly soft and not itchy, so that wins points. The stitching seems solid and the print looks crisp, though I suspect it won't like countless washes; treat it gently and it'll be fine for a few festive seasons. I did tip it to another friend who liked the nerdy design. Only real gripe was the sale return policy, which wasn't clear at all, but delivery was speedy and the emails were actually amusing.
Lamp for nephew's 18th
I ordered a lamp for my nephew's 18th birthday and you won't believe it - the box was a total mess, it looked like it had been through a warzone! It's crazy, right? I mean, how does the box end up all battered when the outer box is absolutely fine? And on top of that, they couldn't even send a replacement because they didn't have it in stock anymore. The silver lining was that they gave me a big discount, so I guess that's something. I hope my nephew likes the gift and the extra surprise of a card I'll add in.
Funky t-shirt and keychain
I've just received my really cool t-shirt and keychain from this amazing website and I'm super excited! The delivery arrived right on time and I even got updates with tracking details so I knew exactly when it was coming. The website was really easy to use and the tracking app was incredibly helpful as well. I appreciate that they don't send me loads of annoying emails about deals, just the occasional one which is great. I would definitely recommend this website to all my friends and anyone reading this, it's brilliant! 😊x
Tubbz purchase
I ordered some Tubbz from this online store recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. The items arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. It's clear that the team at this company take care with each order and pay attention to the details. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process, which made me feel like I could trust them. I didn't have any problems at all and I think others will have a great shopping experience here too.
