Returns label issue
I had a problem with a returns label sent to me by the company. The label didn't work when I tried to use it, which was really frustrating. When I got in touch with the company about it, I was let down by not getting an apology or any attempt to fix the mistake. I would suggest others to watch out and be careful when dealing with this company to avoid the same issues.
Poor quality clothing items
I'm never coming back to this store, the quality is just awful! The clothes are falling apart in no time at all. Jumpers start bobbling right away, those fancy gilets lose their studs after hardly any wear, and those gold buttons end up tarnishing a white jumper after one wash. They really don't know what they're doing!
Expensive clothing with incorrect sizing
I bought some pricey clothes from this company not too long ago and was really let down by the sizes. None of the things I got fitted me well at all, they were all wrong. I did what they asked and sent the stuff back, but it's been six whole weeks and I still haven't got my money back. Their service has just been terrible from beginning to end. I'd suggest staying far away from them, if you ask me.
Bought pants, jumpers, and shoes
I went shopping and picked up some trousers, jumpers, and shoes. The trousers I got a couple of years back were top-notch, but the latest jumper isn't holding up so well. I've only worn it twice and it's already covered in bobbles. The shoes are a disaster too, not even waterproof and the seams didn't make it a year before falling apart, with the sole coming off completely.
Overpriced purchase
I treated myself to something really expensive, it cost me a whopping 350€, back on June 18th. But can you believe it? I'm still waiting for UPS to deliver it! I've sent loads of emails to the customer service team in Germany, but I've not heard anything back and the problem still isn't sorted. It's just not on, this is totally unacceptable.
Returned golfing jacket
I want to talk about my recent experience with this company where I returned a golfing jacket. The customer service I've had has been really disappointing. It's been six weeks now and despite several emails, I still haven't got my refund. Blaming Brexit for the delays just doesn't cut it for me, it's not a good enough excuse. Especially considering the high prices they charge for their products, I was expecting a much better service.
Quality golf clothing, quick delivery
I recently bought some golf clothing from this website and I must say, the quality is absolutely top-notch! The materials are really comfortable, durable, and stylish as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the delivery was too, which I thought was great. I would definitely recommend this website to any fellow golf enthusiasts out there.
Clothing purchase
I recently made my first purchase from this website and it went really well. I bought 4 items of clothing and I was really happy with the quality and how they looked. The customer service was great too - fast, friendly, and helpful. I did take off a star though because all the items are made in China, a country that doesn't have a good record with human rights. Even though the prices are quite high, I think it would be better if the company could make their products somewhere else, like in Europe.
