    I bought something from this company not long ago, but I got the wrong stuff sent to me. I've sent a few emails to their customer service, but no one has got back to me yet. It's really disappointing and annoying that they're not in touch. I reckon customers like me deserve better service and a quick fix for any problems that come up. It's not on to get the wrong items and then hear nothing from them about getting it sorted. I'm pretty let down by the service from this company and it's put me off as a customer.

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered some clothes thinking they'd arrive the next day, but it took a whole week and they hadn't even been sent out. When I asked about it, the customer service team told me things that turned out to be untrue, which just made me more frustrated. All in all, I wouldn't suggest using this company because they're just not reliable and their communication stinks.

    Expensive shirt purchase

    I ordered this pricey shirt ages ago, but it never showed up! I tried getting in touch with customer service loads of times over the past three weeks, but they just keep ignoring me and dodging my calls. It's so annoying that they haven't bothered to sort this out or even just talk to me properly. I wish I'd read some reviews before buying from them, then I would have known how terrible their customer service is. I'm definitely not buying anything from them again.

    This company is absolutely awful! I ordered some clothes and out of the blue they just up and cancelled my order. I was really looking forward to receiving my new clothes and then, out of nowhere, they went and cancelled it.

    I ordered this really cool thing, right, and what arrives is something completely different. Like, seriously? So, I get in touch with them and show them some photos to prove it was their mistake, but then they expect me to send back their mess-up, get a refund, and then make a completely new order. I don't get it, does that even make sense? Shouldn't they fix their mistake first and then I send back the wrong thing? We're just going back and forth about policies, it's just ridiculous!

    Shirt order cancelled without notification

    Recently I ordered a shirt last Monday, only for it to be cancelled without any notification, which left me a bit annoyed. I had to contact customer service to ask about my order, and was frustrated that the company didn't keep me updated. It's been a week now since my order got cancelled, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I would suggest to others to steer clear of this company, their poor communication and customer service is just not acceptable.

    Multiple shirt purchase

    I had a bit of a nightmare trying to send back an item from my order. I had got a few shirts, but sadly, one of them didn't fit right. When I tried to send it back, it was a real struggle. After a lot of faffing about, I was told I'd have to fork out $6 to return it by post. It really got on my nerves and put me off completely. So I won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure.

    Underwear purchase - Size issue

    I bought a pair of undies from here, got them in size M, said to be a size 10 UK on the label. But, I was disappointed to find out that they were more like a size 6 UK. It's a shame to get something that doesn't fit as expected, you know?

When I got in touch with customer service about it, they said they couldn't give me a refund because I paid with PayPal. I was so disappointed and annoyed as a customer.     I bought a piece of clothing from Original Penguin not long ago, and honestly, I wasn't happy with it. The material felt really cheap, and the stitching was already falling apart after only a few times wearing it. I had to go through all the hassle of sending it back, and it's been 6 weeks now, and I still haven't got my refund. To top it off, their customer service seems to be non-existent because I can't get through to anyone on their helpline, and they haven't replied to any of my emails. All in all, my experience shopping with Original Penguin has been really disappointing.

    I bought something from this brand recently and honestly, I was really let down. The thing I got was way too expensive for what it was - I mean, it felt really cheap and the stitching was already coming undone. I tried to get in touch with customer service to sort things out, but they were completely useless. I haven't heard anything back from them about my request for a refund or an exchange, which is just not on. So yeah, needless to say, I won't be buying from this company again.

    Interview experience at Clarks Village

    My partner went for two interviews at Clarks Village in Somerset. They said she pretty much got the job, but then she didn't hear anything back, even after calling twice. It's not fair to leave someone hanging like that, especially when they have other job interviews lined up. She tried to call twice from her phone but didn't get through. However, when she used my phone, she got through straight away, only to be told the position had already been filled. It's not right to treat job seekers poorly, especially when they have bills to pay. Just a simple phone call would have been the decent thing to do, but they couldn't even manage that. I would suggest avoiding this company if you can.

    I got a pair of undies from this brand as a gift, but when I opened them up, I was gobsmacked to see massive holes in the fabric. Clearly a messed-up from the manufacturer, so I sent them back with a note explaining the issue. To my horror, the brand sent them back to me without even trying to fix it. When I got in touch with customer service, they just sent me an email saying they couldn't sort it out without a customer order number. Absolutely shocking way to deal with a faulty product!

    Quarter Zip Lightweight Golf Pullover

    I bought a Quarter Zip Lightweight Golf Pullover recently, but I was let down by the quality of it. I wore it a couple of times for golf, and I noticed a hole on the sleeve because of some unfinished stitching. I got in touch with customer service and sent them some pictures of the problem, but I wasn't impressed with their response. They only offered me a 20% refund as a "goodwill gesture" so I could keep the item, which I thought was not good enough. When I buy clothes, especially from a well-known brand, I expect the quality to match the price I paid. I was disappointed with the lack of quality control overall and the unsatisfactory way customer service dealt with my issue.

    Ugh, I can't believe it, how annoying! I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but then I discovered it had been cancelled for no apparent reason. I only realised when I checked the shipping status, I needed it urgently. What's going on?
