Quality, customer service, shipping, packaging
I recently bought some things from this brand and, on the whole, I was pretty happy with what I got. The quality of the items, the customer service, how quickly my order arrived, and how it was all packaged up were all good. The things I got were well-made and they looked just as smart as they did in the adverts. The customer service lot were helpful and quick to get back to me whenever I asked them something. The delivery didn't take too long, and everything turned up in good nick because it was packaged up securely. But, I have to say, the things didn't quite work for me, especially the one-piece swimsuit which didn't fit me like I'd hoped. Plus, I thought the prices were a bit higher than I would have liked to pay.
Had the best purchase. I love it
I needed to change my undies. I had tried a brand before but the fabric used was quite scratchy. I couldn't wear them. This time I decided to be more careful. I made my research and got to know about Gooseberry intimates. They had nice products but couldn't defend the quality till I got one. I sign up on their sites with my email and password. Then I selected some of the products and added them to my cart. I made payment and got my delivery safe. I felt the material was truly of high quality. Then I wore them and was happy at my purchase because it was highly comfortable.

The ordering process was really simple and my purchase came super quickly. The suit itself is really flattering, especially for me as I'm 5’ 6” and curvy with a long torso, big booty, and muscular thighs. I like that the straps can be adjusted to get a perfect fit for me. However, I was a bit disappointed that the suit's colour wasn't as bright and vivid as it looked online. The material also feels a bit cheap, like what you'd find in a swimsuit from Target or Walmart. I got a size L, which is a bit tight on my long torso. If I sized up to an XL, it would have been too big. Unfortunately, the standard shipping costs in the US were quite high.
