Shoes purchase with quality issues
The process of ordering was easy, and the shoes arrived quickly as they said they would for next day delivery. But when I got the shoes, I was really let down by the quality. There were scratches, the PU leather was damaged, marks on the heel, and loose threads coming out of the stitching. It's obvious that there wasn't much attention to detail when checking the products before they were sent out. I thought a well-known shop like this would do better, so I was surprised to see such a poor quality item being sold.
Next day delivery
I made a purchase the other day and thought I'd treat myself to next day delivery. But you know what? It took 4 days for my order to arrive! So annoying. It just felt like a waste of money because the service wasn't even what I paid for.
My order
I ordered some clothes about a week ago and I still haven't received my refund of £72.04. It feels like it's been forever, and I just really want my money back, you know? I'm definitely not shopping here again, I promise.
My order took ages to get here
Oh, it was so frustrating waiting for my order to arrive! Seriously, over a week for delivery is just too much. And don't even get me started on how long they take to process refunds, more than 10 days is unacceptable. The items I received were really poor quality and felt fake. On top of that, they were way too pricey for what they were. I was not impressed at all!
Swimsuit return
I recently bought a swimsuit from this shop and needed to return it because it didn't fit properly. Even though the hygiene label was still on, they claimed it looked like it had been worn and refused to give me a refund. The service was terrible, so I definitely won't be shopping there again!
Dress purchase
I ordered a dress from Simply Be on the 6th of May, and it was dispatched on the 8th. It was supposed to be delivered by Evri on the same day, but they failed to deliver it to the parcel shop, even though it was open. Their tracking system is very unreliable, making it impossible to know what's going on with the parcel. After trying multiple times to get information, including reaching out to Simply Be, I found out that Evri is returning the parcel. I asked Simply Be for a replacement, but they are insisting that I reorder. They still have my money from the first order, which I never received. Such a waste of time.
Credit purchase items
I purchased some things on credit about a year and a half ago, but my monthly payments don't really seem to be making much of a difference in the total amount I owe. It feels like I'll be making payments forever! The amount keeps fluctuating and increasing, which is pretty frustrating. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Long delivery time
I ordered something weeks ago and I still haven't got it. The website said it would take 5-7 working days, but when I contacted customer service, they said it could actually take 10-14 working days. This should have been told to customers before buying. I needed the order for a specific event, but now I can't use it as planned. The customer service team was helpful and gave me a discount code, but I think there should be more transparency to make the customer experience better.
Clothing item
I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered some clothes but never got them. I've tried getting in touch several times but still haven't had a proper answer about what's going on. It seems like they're keeping my money on purpose, which just isn't right.
Dress purchase in bold floral print
I've just bought this really gorgeous dress with a lovely floral print from this shop. Their website has loads of different styles, colours, and specific items to choose from, so it was really easy to find exactly what I wanted. I managed to pick the dress online and returning it would be easy too if necessary. The material of the dress is top-notch and it fits me perfectly, making me feel really confident and stylish whenever I wear it. The customer service was great, quick and super helpful, making sure I had a good shopping experience. I thought the price was fair considering the high quality of the product.
Lost delivery
My delivery went missing because of some daft locker system called Evri. However, Simply Be's customer service team were absolutely brilliant - they sorted everything out for me and started refunding my money within just 2 days! Massive thanks to Simply Be, you lot are amazing!
Rodial Dragon Blood face cream mini £27
So, I bought this mini face cream, and when it came, it was just ridiculous! I opened the box and can you believe it? The jar was completely empty. I mean, seriously, how did that even happen? I tried squeezing the pump, but there was nothing inside! I returned it, but now they're saying they'll send me back the same empty jar. Can you believe that? Who would want an empty jar and have to pay for it? It just doesn't make any sense. And to make things worse, I've had wrong items sent to me in the past too! I once ordered perfume and got a t-shirt instead. What's going on, Simply B? Sorting out returns shouldn't be this difficult, should it? I'm totally fed up with this company. Never again, mark my words!
Cancellation and refund issue
I'm really disappointed with the service I received from this company. I placed an order, only to be told it was cancelled because of a carrier issue, but I hadn't even received a dispatch notification on my account. When I tried to sort it out and get the original lower price honoured since it was now on sale at a higher one, the item suddenly went out of stock. The lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable to me, so I won't be ordering from them again.
Clothing items
I really liked the clothes from this company, they were super stylish and the website was easy to use. But, I had a bit of a nightmare with the courier they used for deliveries and returns. Trying to sort out a return was a nightmare because of issues with the courier, and it was really frustrating and inconvenient. Now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again in the future.

I had a bit of bother with a return so I thought I would jump on the web chat for some assistance. Yusra was really quick to help me out and managed to answer all my questions in under a minute! I've made quite a few purchases from this place in the past and every time the quality has been top-notch and the fit has been spot on. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received this time around, it was absolutely fantastic!
Dress and shoes
I bought a really cute dress and shoes from this place and I was super excited for them to arrive. But after waiting ages for my order, it never showed up. I tried getting in touch with them, but it was like banging my head against a brick wall. They promised to email me updates, but they never did. When I finally got through on the phone, the person I spoke to was no help at all and didn't seem bothered. It was a total nightmare trying to get any information from them. In the end, I just gave up and cancelled my order. I was gutted and won't be shopping there again.
Swimwear purchase
I just wanted to say how happy I am with the swimwear I bought! The sizes were spot on, they had everything in stock, and the delivery was amazing. I usually struggle to find swimsuits that fit well, but this collection was fantastic. The quality is top-notch, and now I'm all set for my holiday. Thank you so much for a great purchase!
Wedding shoes
Really pleased with how quickly they delivered and how straightforward the returns process was. Had to send back a couple of pairs that didn't quite fit right. Third time lucky though, these shoes are absolutely brilliant!
Swim dress
I bought a swim dress for my friend's birthday but it never showed up. I got in touch with them over live chat and had a chat with Ashley. Turns out, the dress was out of stock and there was no word on when it would be back. I requested to cancel the order and went for a pricier one instead. But there's been no confirmation that the initial order was cancelled!
Bikini purchase
I recently bought two bikinis from this shop and I have to say, I am really impressed. The bikinis came exactly as shown, with bright and vibrant colours that really pop. As someone with a large bust and curves, it can be tough to find swimwear that both looks good and provides support, but these bikinis fit perfectly. They covered me well and gave me the lift I needed, while also highlighting my curves in all the right places. Being able to mix and match the pieces to create my own style was a nice bonus. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, so I could buy a few different styles without spending a fortune. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for all my future swimwear needs.
