A wonderful shopping experience with Great Plains
Since 1993, I have been patronizing Great Plains. I have never had a regret of dealing with them. they are such a wonderful company which I have never met. They are very good in making clothing and all women accessories like skirts, shirts, swimming suits e t c their products are quality and affordable. Anytime I put on their dresses, i am always beautiful. People love to invite me to their parties. All my accessories are made by Great Plains. I have been telling people about them and none of them has for once given me a bad report concerning Great Plains.
Grey wool coat
I've just bought a grey wool coat and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. The fit is great and it looks really good on me. I would definitely suggest this brand for their top-notch materials and durable products.
Mini dress purchase
I bought a dress that was supposed to be a maxi dress, but it turned out to be a mini dress that hardly covered my calves. The material was really cheap and the dress had no style at all. I've bought dresses from this company in the past and they were good quality, but this one was a big disappointment. I'm going to donate it to a charity shop because I can't see myself wearing it. It's sad to see the quality of products on this site going downhill, especially after having good experiences as a customer before.
Sleeveless polyester and acrylic gilet
I was really let down by the sleeveless polyester and acrylic gilet I bought from Great Plains recently. I mean, £90 for what is essentially just a plain old boring vest seemed a bit too much, don't you think? I was hoping for something a bit more top-notch in terms of quality and design, considering how much I shelled out for it.
My recent purchase
I had a bit of a bad time with the customer service at this place recently. I tried to get help a few times but couldn't manage to speak to anyone. It was really annoying and made me feel pretty unhappy. When you're a customer, you hope for better help when you have a problem with something you bought. It's a shame, but after this, I don't think I'll be coming back to shop here again.
Jumpsuit purchase
I recently bought a jumpsuit from an online store and I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I paid extra for next day delivery but later found out that it wouldn't be coming until the Monday after. When I contacted customer service about it, they weren't very helpful at all and wouldn't give me a refund for the extra delivery charge. The jumpsuit itself was not great either - it was made of cheap, thin cotton. And to make matters worse, during the sale they were having, I would have to pay even more to return it and get proof of purchase. Overall, just a really disappointing experience.
Purchase was a dining table set
I was really disappointed with the customer service of this company. Trying to contact them was a nightmare, and when I finally did, I had to keep explaining my problems over and over in emails. It felt like such a waste of time, especially coming from a company that's meant to be reputable.
