I wasn't expecting much after the first week of silence. I needed new work shirts — had just moved and my back's been bad so I couldn't trudge round shops — so I ordered a few things. Shipping was slow and updates were patchy. No tracking link at first, then vague emails promising an ETA and nothing. The parcel apparently turned up and then vanished; that was worrying. I chased them a few times and felt ignored. It felt like money down the drain. Then, after a couple of tense weeks, customer service finally came back and sorted a refund and sent a replacement with proper tracking. I relaxed when the refund landed and the replacement arrived. Still a bit unsure, but glad it ended well.
Cute clothes, painful returns
I almost didn't order because the sizing looked small in the photos and the return process seemed vague — that worry stuck with me. The bits I bought are actually quite nice, pity they ran small though, so I needed to return them. I emailed a few times (yes, three separate messages) because their returns page wouldn't load. Got one reply saying sale items can't be returned, which wasn’t mentioned when I bought them. There’s no phone number, no live chat, just slow email responses that dragged on for weeks. Eventually I had to ask my card provider for a chargeback and it's now in dispute. Other shops at least have a sensible returns policy or someone to speak to; this one feels like you're on your own. If everything fits you, fine — but if not, prepare to chase them.
Bought on a whim, nearly refunded
apparently sale buys only get store credit. Emails went unanswered for days, then a terse reply confirmed it. Annoying, and the website certainly doesn’t make that clear at checkout. Having said that, the fabric and colours aren’t terrible and I used the credit on something I actually like — so my scepticism eased a bit, just not about their customer service.
Found it on Insta, gave it a go
I came across the site on Instagram and nudged my sister to take a look. The photos looked good, so I ordered a few bits. Delivery was actually quick and the clothes felt decent — nice fabric, not what I expected for the price. Trouble started with sizing; things ran a bit small so I decided to return them within the window. That’s when I hit a snag. The return policy wasn’t obvious on the site, had to Google it, and then I saw discounted items default to store credit. I hadn’t bought anything marked final sale, so that was annoying. They did accept the return and everything came back in perfect condition with tags. But the refund took almost a month and arrived as a gift card. I tried talking to customer service, tried to be reasonable, but in the end I disputed the charge with my card provider and won the full amount back. Bit of a faff, and a slow process, but I’m relieved I got my money. Overall I’m glad the clothes were worth it and grateful it was sorted, even if it took longer than it should.
Patiently decent

Worth the hassle, but only just
order placed, order delivered late, item returned quickly. After a few awkward emails and one slightly panicked phone call to my bank I did finally get a full refund, which I’m genuinely grateful for. So: happy ending, but only because I chased it and used other channels. The customer service felt hit-and-miss — when they responded it was fine, but response times are slow and you’ll be waiting. Delivery was the weak link; it dragged everything out and made what should’ve been a simple return into a faff. If you want the leggings for casual wear and you don’t mind risking slow delivery and patchy communication, fine. If you need something quick or worry about returns, I’d look elsewhere. In the end I’m glad I got my money back, but I’d approach them with patience and a plan to follow up.
A dodgy wait, decent shorts, terrible bra — and a rubbish returns runaround
the band lacks proper stitching and stretch, so it doesn’t sit where it should and ends up riding up and offering no support. I was genuinely surprised at how badly made it felt for something sold as everyday wear.
