    I received flawless customer service from Gymshark personnel attendants!

    Quality fabric and brilliant design, their customer service line anyway was somehow quick and easy to access, Danielle was really helpful. He was kindhearted and lovely to deal with. Please, keep up the good work!

    My issues got resolved with the most approachable and respectful staff.
    I really liked the pair of leggings I ordered via Gymshark online store, and it was really wow!
    Bought from them before, will buy from them again and their products are as good as their customer service. Once again, special thanks to Danielle. I have no tongues enough, and may your road never be rough.

The UK based online retailing brand was developed in 2012 with the purpose of properly addressing the real needs of fitness fanatics in dressing for success. Their primary selling points for their gym apparel is that it has been manufactured with an accurate understanding of how to maximise fitness training. About Gymshark
Gymshark was founded in 2012 by English university student Ben Francis as he felt that the market of fitness apparel was lacking and, thus, he and several friends developed their own screen printing operation. Since then, the company has become Britain’s fastest growing enterprise by fully exploiting the benefits of social media with more than 3 million passionate followers and customers in 131 countries and across numerous social applications. 
The company also benefits from the sponsorships of 18 famous and global social media stars, who share training advice with fans, demonstrate the capacity of the brand’s products and work to inspire others to develop themselves to achieve their greatest potential.
These sponsored athletes also attend Gymshark All Access shows and other international fitness conventions where fans can interact with the athletes and the company’s founders. 



The company’s core values are Family, Progression and Vision, founding their focus of providing their international community of athletes and fans with progressive, artistically engineered and effective products. 

Services
The Gymshark website offers online orders of male and female training apparel such as t-shirts, shorts, leggings, hoodies and sports bras as well as sport accessories such as shaker and water bottles, bags and wristbands. The manufacturing of their clothing focuses on ultra lightweight materials, as well as certain more focused ranges such as Seamless Apparel and their DRY Moisture Management products for optimum training.
Delivery options are next working day deliveries and standard deliveries, with the possibility of free delivery for orders over £35.
Most products can be fully refunded if returned within 30 working days, unworn and unwashed with a returns form attached. Claims for faulty items must be made within 14 days of delivery. 
E-gift cards are also available for purchase, however, physical copies are not yet a possibility.
