Quick and Efficient Purchase
I was really happy with how quickly Hairtrade sorted out my order and got it sent off. It's not the first time I've bought from them, and after this, it definitely won't be the last. I liked how efficient and speedy they were in handling everything, it made things easy and stress-free for me. Big shoutout to the Hairtrade team for being so quick and helpful.
Hair extensions purchase
Ordering online was a bit tricky, so I had to give them a ring to finish it off. I spoke to a really helpful bloke who talked me through everything. Even though it was a bit of a bother at first, the order turned up just a couple of days later via Royal Mail. All in all, I'm happy with what I got. Cheers.

Always there to help, quick and reliable. However, it's frustrating that the authentication box never pops up when I'm trying to pay on the website. This means I have to call and process the payment over the phone instead.

Stick tip extensions, 100 strands
I bought these stick tip extensions with around 100 strands, but they turned out to be really thin and rubbish. I put them in my hair, curled them once, and now they look like they've been through a fire! They're so dead and frazzled. I'm not happy about it at all.

I placed my order on the 8th of April and got a refund on the same day with no explanation. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service team via email every day to ask about my refund, but I haven't received any useful answers. They keep telling me the refund has been processed and to check my bank account, but I still haven't received my money back or the extensions I ordered. This customer service is not good enough, and I'd recommend avoiding buying from this company.

Nail tip hair extensions
**only put 2 stars as that’s the least it would allow me ** Really disappointed with this hair, after washing it once it matted into chunks in my hair which resulted in hair loss. I had coloured the hair In which it was absolutely fine afterwards however because I have been transparent with this company and they have said that they have in their small print “no refunds if hair coloured” they won’t take any responsibility for the damage, they won’t issue me any refund and didn’t even provide an apology for the disaster that happened. Very upset and disappointed with this hair. I honestly wouldn’t risk purchasing from this company.
