I first spotted them via a mate's Instagram post and fancied a top — the site was dead easy to use, really straightforward. Staff were helpful, clothes decent quality and prices sensible, which pleased me. Only niggle is sizing can be hit-and-miss. Glad I gave them a go, honestly.
Not what I expected
I first saw them on a mate’s Instagram and was a bit sceptical — wondered if the photos were too good and if returns would be a faff. Ended up ordering anyway. Delivery was prompt, product as described and customer service actually helpful; small free sample included, a pleasant odd surprise.
Double fees put me off
I was put off by the return charges. I was shopping for everyday work shirts and weekend tees, checked the returns (they want £3.95 postage plus a £2.50 admin fee) and thought, really? Still, the size guide was accurate and delivery was quick, so I'm fine.
Rainy-commute win
Walking home in the drizzle I actually smiled at my new Sherpa coat. I almost didn't buy it — worried about fit and that my last online buy was a let-down — but I needed something warm for the chilly commute. The communication was helpful and the parcel arrived quick. The coat itself feels solid, well made and properly cosy, it's that rare thing that looks as good on as in the photos. Little things like neat stitching and a soft lining won me over. Properly pleased, genuinely.

Was ready to moan
Got it late and I was ready to complain, but customer service actually sorted the mess quickly. Fabric wasn’t great, true, but delivery follow-up and returns help turned me from sceptical to fairly pleased. Would advise checking sizes.
Bargain find
Picked up a few bits for a weekend project last week, arrived quick and well packaged — customer service even checked in. First impressions solid, really pleased it didn’t disappoint.
Nice bits, annoying return
Overall I'm pleased, but return postage annoyed me — I don't live near the pick-up point, I wear these for work and at weekends, so paying to post back ill-fitting items felt really unfair.

Nice dresses, a bumpy start
I almost didn't order — I had doubts about fit and quality. Then the parcel arrived wrong, which was annoying, but customer service actually sorted it. Dresses fit well, lovely for work or weekends, good value. I even bought two more after watching their Facebook lives.
Wrong jeans, sorted
I wasn't thrilled at first — ordered straight-leg jeans and got skinny ones. But the moment they sorted it, no fuss and free return, then I knew they meant business. Service was actually better than a few other shops I've used. So, mildly surprised and quite pleased in the end.
Surprisingly smooth delivery
Needed these trainers because I’ve been between sizes after a bad pair from another shop — and I was pleasantly surprised. Messaged them on Instagram (half-expecting radio silence) and got a helpful reply within an hour about fit. Delivery arrived earlier than quoted and well packaged — even a little note inside. Will order again.
Nice find
I was a bit wary ordering at first — sizes can be a pain online. But HSO were great. Quick replies from staff every time, proper helpful, and the clothes arrived when promised. Fit was spot on between my usual 10–12. Have had worse luck with other shops, so glad I tried them.
Surprisingly spot-on
I wasn’t expecting much but when I tried them on I actually laughed — the jeans fit like they’d been tailored and that’s a relief with my dodgy back. I’d ordered a black cardi and a sort of burnt orange one because shop prices had put me off before. Delivery turned up way quicker than I thought. Really pleased, will buy from them again, no doubt.

Now my regular pick
In short, it's become my default for clothes, though I was a bit wary at first. Mostly good quality — really decent dresses and sensible jackets I wear to work and at weekends. Orders arrive neatly packed and usually dispatched straight away. Once a courier muddled things up but they sorted it quickly and refunded without fuss when I returned something. Service is quietly competent, the team know what they're doing. I keep buying, simple as that.
Spotted on a live
they show brands, talk sizes and even measure garments on camera, which calmed me down. I ordered Monday evening, got an Evri email Tuesday saying it was on its way. Delivery was quick, postage £3.99 or free over £50. Helpful, good value — glad I gave it a go.
Sizing and refund worry
not great — check the sizing and returns policy first. I ordered jeans that were much too small and it cost me about £13 to send them back. The seller said they'd cover £5 but then deducted that from my refund (and, annoyingly, blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't follow up). They did admit in emails the jeans ran small, which was a bit of honesty I didn't expect. Eventually I did get a reply and a partial refund — a surprise, to be fair — but it still wasn't the contribution they'd promised. My tip: measure properly, save your messages, don't assume returns are straightforward. It felt a bit underhand (and yes, I don't live in Jersey, in case that matters). Overall, not terrible but not great either — probably not worth the faff for me.
Cheap clothes
I got some really nice clothes from this place that were really cheap. The only bad thing is that you have to pay for delivery and returns which is a bit annoying. Apart from that, the prices are great and the clothes are good quality.
