I recently bought a herbal supplement from this company and unfortunately, I had a few issues with my order. First off, the delivery was three days late which was a pain for me and my family. When I contacted customer service by email, it took ages for them to reply. And when they did eventually get back to me, they said they never got my initial emails and even questioned if I was telling the truth. It was all a bit unprofessional and left me feeling annoyed.
We're a big household, with seven of us, some of whom have jobs and one who has a disability. Because of the delay, we had to make other plans and spend more money to get what we needed in time. We ended up having to get a similar product from a different brand just to make do.
When I asked about sending the product back, the company wasn't very helpful and weren't bothered about making things right for me. They didn't seem to care about making their customers happy, which was really disappointing.Vitamins to combat high cholesterol
