Grays GR500 Composite stick purchase
I recently bought a Grays GR500 Composite stick from their website at a really good price. The delivery was estimated to take 5-7 days with free delivery, but I wasn't in a hurry. After a few days, I got an email informing me that the 2020 version was out of stock, but they offered to upgrade me to the 2021 version at no additional cost. I agreed, and a few days later, the stick arrived. It only took 7 days from placing the order to receiving it. I was really impressed with their service and will definitely use them again.
Hockey stick and gloves
I was really excited to pick up a new hockey stick and gloves from the shop, but I was disappointed about the return policy. It's not right that I have to pay for shipping again if I want to exchange something. Most other places let you exchange items for free, but not this shop. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again if it means I have to pay extra just to get the correct size. The products and service are great, but the return policy definitely needs a major update.
Two items, paid for delivery
I bought two things but when I tried to swap one for a different size, they told me I had to pay to return it and then pay for shipping again! Most places usually let you exchange for free so I was really disappointed about that. I ended up finding the size I needed from another store instead.
Red Adidas 3 stripe purchase
I was on the hunt for some red Adidas trainers with the classic 3 stripes and I managed to find them here. I was a bit apprehensive about buying from a new website, but I thought I'd take a chance. Osaka hockey bag purchase
I'm really disappointed with my purchase from this shop. I ordered the Osaka black label bag, but it turned out to be 10cm shorter than what was advertised. So I decided to swap it for the Osaka SP custom bag, thinking it would be better, but it was also 10cm shorter than what was listed on their website. It's unacceptable that they haven't updated their website with the right dimensions yet. Just a heads up for other buyers - be careful!
Hockey grip in different colour
I just ordered from here for the first time, and it was really impressive! I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour grip, but they were very helpful and quickly changed it for me. Two days later, my order arrived at my door! The staff were incredibly kind and understanding. I highly recommend them!
Goalkeeper kit
The website was really user-friendly, but I did have a bit of trouble when it came to paying with my credit card because of the high amount. However, everything got sorted quickly and I got my goalkeeper kit in just a couple of days, which was brilliant! I'd definitely suggest this shop for anyone looking for goalkeeper gear. I especially liked the colours of the leg guards.

Hey there, so I bought a hockey stick for my son's Christmas present back in November and it turned out to be a bit of a nightmare! They promised it would arrive within 3-5 days, but by December 21st there was still no sign of it. I tried reaching out via email and phone but got no response at all. Finally, weeks later, I received an email stating they couldn't fulfil the order until the following year. The person I spoke to on the phone didn't seem very genuine.
In the end, I decided to check out cricket-hockey.com instead, and they were able to take my order with guaranteed next day delivery, all for the same price. The customer service representative I spoke to there was really lovely!Hockey equipment
I bought some hockey gear from that shop recently and honestly, the whole thing was a bit of a let-down. I wanted to ask a question about one of their products, but when I tried calling their customer service during normal office hours, they were shut! So, I thought I'd try emailing instead, but I've not heard back from them at all. On top of that, the returns system was pretty rubbish - they didn't even include a return label, which meant I had to fork out more money to send the stuff back. And when I did manage to speak to their customer service team, they weren't much help at all and didn't really solve any of my problems.
Shoes exchange
I wouldn't bother asking for any help with exchanges here. They've got a decent selection of hockey gear, but the customer service is really unhelpful, especially when it comes to simple exchanges like swapping shoes for a different size. It's like they don't even want you to return anything. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this place unless you're absolutely certain you won't have any problems with your purchase.
