Bit rocky at first, but turned out alright 5 April 2026

Overall I'm glad I placed the order. I needed a personalised memorial candle for our two‑year‑old German Shepherd and, to be honest, I was really anxious about the whole thing. At first it looked like nothing was moving — the order sat on "waiting to ship" for days and I was a bit gutted, especially given how fresh the loss was. I also struggled getting a new‑customer discount code and ended up paying full price plus delivery, which felt steep for a small candle. That said, after I chased them they did reply and apologised, then shipped the candle with a proper update and tracking — not instant, but better than being left in the dark. The candle itself is sweet and personal, the engraving is neat. It won't replace the poor start, but it made the crematorium ceremony gentler. I've had worse and better experiences with other firms, so I know delays happen, but what mattered was that they fixed it and showed some care in the end. I felt relieved, a bit emotional, but primarily grateful they sorted it out.
