Ordered trainers for my morning jogs, two months later still nothing and no reply — oddest part, tracking once showed 'in transit' one day.
Cautious at first, useful now
I was unsure at first, thought they'd be fiddly, but they're easy to use; now I reach for them for quick cards, no fuss
Won't risk ordering again
I won't order from them again. I bought several dies for my wife last week and the parcel came but one die was missing. First thought was ok, packaging was fine, but after emailing there was no reply. Bit annoying, glad most items were correct though.
Steady supplier
Was just sorting through last week's parcels — dies, folders and paper — and thought I’d say, these arrive reliably and undamaged. I use them for cards and everyday journaling, so prompt delivery matters. Customer service responded quickly and helpfully when I asked about online stock. Will buy again, no fuss.
Pleasant surprise on delivery
I ordered from them in August and started using the pieces straight away — first impression was that they'd actually arrived quicker than I expected. Delivery was spot on, nicely packed, and the customer service team answered my one silly question within a day (totally unexpected, I thought it'd take ages). Overall pleased — decent price too, and really happy to recommend to friends.
Order and refund mess
silence. When I chased them in September they claimed a refund had "failed" in July, which I never heard about. Now it's November and I'm still chasing. They say they tried three times and point me at something called UseePay (no contact number I can find). My bank says nothing's wrong on their end. Frustrating and avoidable.
When I finally relaxed
'arrived in Canada' and then 'out for delivery' — I remember thinking, okay, they’re real. Opening the parcel and finding everything neat, no bent bits, sealed well, that was the moment I knew I’d be back. Prices are fair, I’ll definitely order again.
Nearly gave up, but glad I didn’t

Tracking looked hopeless for a while — stuck on "in transit" and I kept thinking oh no — but the customer service team actually picked up and were reassuring, they chased the courier and kept me in the loop. It arrived later than I hoped, yes, but well packed and exactly what I needed, which eased my back and my stress. I messaged a couple of times and they always replied, not super fast but helpful. So, all in all, relieved and quite pleased I stuck with it.
