Few items from sale I have collected , absolutely unmatched, oatmeal textured wool suit surprisingly below 40 pounds, trousers and t shirts..Must check ,there are something even for you..Shirts x2
What a disaster it has been ordering those shirts! I went online to buy two shirts, but somehow got charged twice and received two confirmations. I tried to cancel one order by email, but it didn't work. Now I've got delivery dates from Hermes for four shirts instead of two. The customer service is terrible - there's no phone number to call and no response to my emails.
Blazers and trousers
I recently bought some blazers and trousers from this store, and I was really looking forward to receiving them and wearing them. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. The customer service team is absolutely awful - they never answer their phones and just abruptly end the call. On top of that, they refuse to issue a refund even when they misplaced your items and you have proof that you returned them. It's like they make it impossible for you to get your money back. It's really frustrating and totally unacceptable. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop there, not even my worst enemy.
