Morning suit hire
I popped into the suit shop to rent a morning suit, and a guy called George was a total legend. He knew his stuff inside and out, and even let me try on a top hat! The manager then came over and dropped some great tips on how to really stand out at the fancy event I've got coming up. Left feeling like a boss, and super dapper. Will definitely be returning!
Formal wear purchase for a special event
I popped into this store the other day to grab some stuff for a formal event I had coming up. Gotta say, the service I got was really poor. The manager, I think her name was Anna, was so cheeky and rude. Her attitude just ruined the whole shopping trip for me. And to top it off, a couple of the shirts I bought didn't even come with cuff links. I had to use hair clips instead – not a great look! They really didn't pay attention to detail or care at all about their customers. In my book, I wouldn't recommend this store after what I went through.
Wedding suits hire
I went to a shop to get some wedding suits for the groom and his ushers. The manager there was really helpful and friendly the whole time. He did everything he could to make sure everything was just right for the wedding day. Any problems that came up were sorted out quickly and easily. I was really impressed by how professional and helpful all the staff were at that shop. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking to hire suits for a fancy event. Thanks to the whole team for making it such a pleasant experience.
Suit order
I popped into the shop and picked up a suit. There was this lovely lady called Naz who was a massive help and really friendly. She even assisted me in choosing the perfect suit. The manager, Lucas, was also really cool. I'll definitely be going back there in the future!
Formal morning suit for Ascot Royal Enclosure
I recently had a really disappointing experience with my partner's purchase of a formal morning suit for the Ascot Royal Enclosure at Moss Bros. Even though we paid the full hire price well in advance and had a fitting, when we went to pick up the suit, it was completely the wrong size. Their solution was for us to get another suit from a shop closer to the racecourse, which led to extra travel costs and hotel bookings - a real pain. When I raised my concerns, the customer service was poor and no compensation was offered at first. It was only after I escalated the issue that they made a small offer, which just wasn't good enough. Overall, it was a letdown and really didn't meet our expectations for customer satisfaction.
Formal suit purchase
I've been shopping around London for formal suits for work, but I keep coming back to the store in Westfield White City. The staff there, especially a guy called Joshua, really know how to take care of their customers. Joshua goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels important and at home. His attention to detail and genuine concern for customers make this store stand out from the rest. I've never experienced service like this anywhere else. The professionalism and hard work of the employees at this store never fail to impress me.
New clothes
The staff here are absolutely lovely and super helpful! I'm a regular and always leave feeling great with the fresh styles and positive atmosphere. Salv is fantastic - he really knows how to make you feel relaxed and stylish. It's not like those other places where it feels all forced and fake. They have a great sense of style and always manage to boost my confidence. Looking forward to my next visit!
Wedding suit hire
I went for an appointment today to hire a wedding suit. When I got there, a staff member asked for a code and then all our details - names, contact numbers, and email addresses. When we wanted to see the suits, he said he was going on his lunch break and passed us to his colleague, who also went for lunch. It felt like they were more interested in another customer. We asked about different colour options and they told us to look elsewhere. Ended up finding a high street store with better service and prices, where we bought 7 suits for half the price. I wouldn't recommend the store in Hove.
Outdoor lights purchase
I bought some outdoor lights last year and had a bit of a tricky time trying to find replacement parts because they were no longer being made. Luckily, there was this lovely young lady and her manager who went out of their way to track down the replacement I needed. Their help was top-notch, and I'm really thankful for all the effort they put into helping me out.
Suit purchase
The customer service I received from Patrick at the store in Preston was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about when I was buying my suit. I was really pleased with the service and would definitely go back again in the future.
Bad quality trousers
I recently bought a pair of trousers that completely fell apart after just one month of wear. I tried to take them back to the store to fix them as I believed it was a quality issue, but they refused to do so without charging me. I've been a loyal customer at that shop for a whole decade, but this experience has really put me off and I won't be shopping there anymore.
Morning suit mix-up
I had a bit of a problem with my morning suit hire from this place recently. I ordered a morning suit for a wedding I went to, but when it arrived, it turned out to be a lounge suit without tails. I was quite miffed and annoyed, especially as I'd shelled out nearly £200 for it.
Suit for a wedding
There's really no point in trying to call the local store, they never pick up the phone. It's almost as if they hate talking on the phone. I even went in person and the staff completely blanked me. It's just so frustrating. If you really need to contact them urgently, I'd recommend finding a different method because they're useless when it comes to answering calls. It's just appalling how poorly they manage their phone lines. And to top it off, it seems like the head office doesn't give a damn about the problem.
Bought a suit online
I ordered a suit online and was really looking forward to it. When the trousers and waistcoat arrived, I was pleased, but then the jacket was missing! They sent me emails saying it was on its way, then cancelled because it wasn't available. How annoying is that? Now I have to send back the other items that I can't really use without the jacket. It's so frustrating. I won't be shopping from them again for sure!

Shopping for suits online is such a pain when you can't really tell how it'll look on you. It's frustrating that they use models who don't even look like me! How am I supposed to know what it will really look like? It's like trying to guess without seeing properly. They need to do better!

The customer service at this branch was top-notch. There was this guy named Seyad, who was just so helpful and really knew his stuff. He found me the perfect suit in no time, and it fitted me like a dream. I was well impressed by how good he was at his job. All in all, my time at the branch was great, and I'd definitely tell others to check it out.
Prom suit shopping with my son
I took my son to a store to find a prom suit, but the service we got was really disappointing. The person helping us didn't even really acknowledge us and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to assist. When I asked if my son could be measured for a suit, they just gave him a jacket to try on without really talking to us or helping out. It left us feeling unwelcome and unimportant as customers. Because of this, we won't be going back to this store again.
Online shopping experience
I had a bit of a rubbish time with this online shopping service recently. I tried to buy a shirt and some socks, but things didn't go very smoothly. The website didn't keep track of what was actually in stock, so it was all a bit confusing and I ended up with surprise deliveries. I even got sent stuff I never ordered, like an extra pair of socks that came with an extra delivery charge! And to make matters worse, when I tried to tell them about the mix-ups, they didn't seem to care at all. It's like they just ignored my feedback altogether, which was really disappointing.
Custom wedding suits
We recently got our wedding suits custom-made at this store, and it was such an amazing experience. My partner is tall, I'm petite, and we both have autism, so we were a bit worried about how it would all go. I'm also transgender, so I was particularly concerned about how I would be treated by the staff. But as soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and treated with respect and understanding. The staff took the time to make several adjustments to my jacket to get the perfect fit, and they never once misgendered me or made me feel uncomfortable. The whole thing was really affirming, and we're so thankful for the amazing service we received.
Suit order
I ordered this really cool suit online and thought I'd wear it to my cousin's wedding. But it turned into a total disaster. I paid extra for express delivery to the store but it got delayed, so I had to keep chasing them on live chat to find out what was going on. When I eventually went to the store, they told me my order hadn't even arrived yet, which was so annoying! I had to wait over a week for the suit to finally turn up and then even longer for a refund. Seriously, Moss Bros, sort it out! I've had to hound them twice now for the refund and it's still not been sorted. It's been nearly three weeks and they've still got my money. Completely uncool.
