I only discovered the hidden charging port on my Loc8 wallet a few weeks after buying it when I upgraded my phone in-store — bit daft of me — and realised the locator actually works. I’d been carrying a locator card, thinking that was enough, but the wallet itself is pleasantly thin and sits flat in my pocket, which is great because my back hates bulk. I needed the charger to get the tracker working properly, so I messaged Journey Official expecting a wait or some faff. To my surprise they replied quickly, were friendly (no scripted nonsense), and shipped a replacement cable within two days. It’s one of those small, almost old-school customer service moments that actually means something. Started sceptical, ended quite impressed — and the wallet now does exactly what I wanted.

really happy I went with them. I first spotted the shop on Instagram after a mate posted a photo, then I tipped my sister about it — she ordered too. I ordered a small gift and, surprisingly, it arrived earlier than the 3–5 days they quoted, nicely wrapped and with a little handwritten note which I didn't expect. The ordering process was straightforward, site had the info I needed, and customer service replied quickly when I asked about a colour option. Price felt fair. Only tiny gripe was a slight mix-up on the delivery slot, but they sorted it without faff. Would use them again. Actually the gift looked more premium than you'd expect for the price.
