After my pregnancy, i wanted to get my shape back but because of my baby, i cant afford to go the gym. So i asked my husband to order some stuff and i will start my gym at home. We took help of JTX and they provided all needed equipment at the fair price. i am really happy with the machines i bought as they are completely safe and perfect.
I purchased a rower less than a year ago and it lost tension 2 week into lockdown. Clearly I wouldn't expect anything could be done at the time, but I reported it and hoped at part would be ordered. However, as lockdown was easing I started asking if I could get the rower repaired. It took weeks to get a part for a "popular" rower and I've had two "engineers" not confirm dates. JTX appear to have a very poor supply chain and to have a rower lose tension so quickly when it was being utilised only on the weekends, seems suspect.
I'm very disappointed in the service and dispite serveral emails and phone calls I am still sitting here with a heap of metal in my livingroom.
My suggestion is weigh up if the slightly less expensive rower is with the hassle, for me, it has not been.
I purchased a JTX Salon S1 Vibroplate, which is one used in gym's. Julie uses it home, so usage is very low. She is slim and does not weigh much. So a machine like this should last years, if not decades. However, the motor started to run slow when she stood on it. So I contacted JTX Fitness and their representative several times. This took months, before eventually they said that nothing could be done. No new motor nor could it be fixed. Is this what you would expect from a company such as this. SO - BE WARNED. JTX Fitness equipment is not built to last.
