Clothing item
I have to say, as someone who's shopped at Kappa before, I was really let down by my last purchase. I ordered some clothes from their website, but when they arrived, I saw a little mark on them. The problem was, if you want to return stuff, you've got to send it all the way to France at your own cost. It's a real pain and not cheap at all. I didn't want to risk washing the item and making the mark worse, so I ended up having to fork out for the return shipping. It was a frustrating experience, especially since I expected better service from a big name like Kappa.
