It started as one of those purchases where you think, “that’s actually a decent price.” The website looked straightforward and I expected the order to be a simple one. Then the item arrived in the wrong colour. Annoying, but not the end of the world, I thought. That was when the trouble really started. Getting hold of customer service was far harder than it should have been. I sent several emails and heard nothing for ages. When replies did come, they were usually about a week apart. I was eventually offered a return and replacement, so I sent it back using their label. From there, I had to chase nearly every step. No confirmation that the return had arrived, no update on the replacement, and no real explanation unless I asked. I even checked that the new one would be the right colour. After another two weeks with no parcel, I chased again and was told the replacement had never been sent because stock had failed quality control. Apparently they did not know when more would be available. That information should have been given without me having to keep asking. It is a shame, really, because the original price was good and the idea behind the site seemed promising. Instead, months after ordering, I was left waiting for a refund. I would not be keen to order again.
Mid-assembly sighs and a missing cot
if you’re happy to wait and can tolerate patchy communication, the cot itself is decent. If you want a smooth delivery and real answers, maybe not. I’ll probably buy elsewhere next time because of the hassle, even though the one cot is doing its job. A better update from the company would have made all the difference.
Mixed feelings about the whole thing
tidy packaging, looks exactly like the photos. Trouble started when I realised almost immediately it wasn't what I needed and emailed to cancel. No reply for days, multiple emails, a couple of calls that went to voicemail, and messages on Instagram and Facebook that never got answered. Oddly, the parcel was despatched very quickly, which actually surprised me and saved a step since I could refuse delivery. Eventually, after threatening a chargeback, someone apologised and issued a refund — fair enough. But when I tried to explain how annoyed I was, silence again. So decent product and speedy shipping, but customer service needs a proper overhaul, that's the deal.
Nice bike, rubbish aftercare
emails come back in the early hours, they promise a return label and collection but nothing happens, and there's no number to call. After waiting I had to do a chargeback. It's annoying because when it's fine the bike's great for park rides and after-school practice, but the lack of support didn't ease my worries.
Birthday mix-up sorted in the end
two contradictory emails, one promising a refund, the other saying actually it might be available after all. That back-and-forth was the main problem, communication felt sloppy. I started sceptical, braced for a refund and a ruined surprise, but they did eventually find the bike and it arrived a few days late. Product was fine and the refund confusion was resolved, so I’m left relieved rather than annoyed.
