tidy packaging, looks exactly like the photos. Trouble started when I realised almost immediately it wasn't what I needed and emailed to cancel. No reply for days, multiple emails, a couple of calls that went to voicemail, and messages on Instagram and Facebook that never got answered. Oddly, the parcel was despatched very quickly, which actually surprised me and saved a step since I could refuse delivery. Eventually, after threatening a chargeback, someone apologised and issued a refund — fair enough. But when I tried to explain how annoyed I was, silence again. So decent product and speedy shipping, but customer service needs a proper overhaul, that's the deal.
Birthday mix-up sorted in the end
two contradictory emails, one promising a refund, the other saying actually it might be available after all. That back-and-forth was the main problem, communication felt sloppy. I started sceptical, braced for a refund and a ruined surprise, but they did eventually find the bike and it arrived a few days late. Product was fine and the refund confusion was resolved, so I’m left relieved rather than annoyed.
