I was nervous at first — my 17‑year‑old returned a purchase and nothing showed up for ages. I chased them with emails and the relief hit when the refund landed in my account; that’s when I knew I was satisfied. I’d ordered late at night, first impressions were okay, replies were slow but in the end it got sorted and felt fine.

The zip and toggles feel solid too, which is a nice touch. Sizes were spot on. Delivery was quick and painless. Would like more colour options, but overall really happy and relaxed.

Saw these on a mate's Instagram and, feeling a bit wary after reading some moans, I ordered. It turned up when they said it would, neat and unscathed. Started sceptical, ended properly pleased.
Refund limbo, but delivery quick
Delivery was quick — that part was fine. I ordered a few bras in different sizes and returned about £130 worth via Evri. Picked up over a week ago, yet no refund and no acknowledgement — silence. They're linked to a brand I'd had problems with before, so maybe I should've known. Not perfect, items were OK but customer service is really slow, still waiting.
