Delivery was quick — that part was fine. I ordered a few bras in different sizes and returned about £130 worth via Evri. Picked up over a week ago, yet no refund and no acknowledgement — silence. They're linked to a brand I'd had problems with before, so maybe I should've known. Not perfect, items were OK but customer service is really slow, still waiting.
