We all need clothes on our backs, and every now and then we want –or even need- some new items. But because there are so many shops, department stores and brands that sell all of these items, it might be hard to choose one that will (probably) be to your liking. So what is the best place to go looking for new clothing items? One of the shops that offer them is La Redoute. But does this online shop offer the kind of quality that you expect from your clothing? Will the shirts and dresses last for years or are they only good for one season? And how will their customer service deal with any complaints, questions or problems you throw at them? Read about these matters in reviews written by customers that have hands-on experience with shopping at La Redoute. These reviews, which are collected here on BritainReviews, can help you decide if La Redoute might be the clothing brand that you are searching for or not.

There is no problem with ordering or delivery. The problems start if you wish to have an item returned and collected . As I am self isolating I couldn’t take the parcel to a Hermes site so arranged for collection. I am now on my 4th collection date and wait to see if Hermes collect tomorrow! I will never use La Redoute again .
Very much of brand says about perfection and quality in total. I have been using this brand for long time. I have quite a collection of their best products. Its elite, comfortable, cost-efficient according to the standards and a must-buy brand.
I ordered an ottoman at nearly £200 back in January. It arrived damaged, so we arranged to send it back. La Redoute delayed the return as long as possible, blaming the supplier - even though the contract was between me, the consumer, and them, the retailer, and it is therefore their responsibility to work effectively with the supplier.
Eventually it was picked up on 21st Feb at 7.30AM on Sunday morning - a ridiculous time that even the driver complained about. It is now March and there is still no sign of my refund.
I've requested details of the formal complaints process, but they have disregarded me twice. This is my consumer right, and I will be going to the relevant authorities if I do not get the information the third time.
Took over 4 weeks to deliver, will never use this company again........if you need anything is less than 4 weeks suggest you shop elsewhere. Tried to post feed back on their website but thet vet feedback and will not publish negative comments.
I bought 2 wicker boxes for £150. There was no indication that these items were out of stock when I was buying. But when I checked 5 days later on my account status, these are now out of stock and I have to wait for 4 weeks. I tried to find a customer service contact, which isn't at their website. In my order email, there was a phone number, which will cost 7p per minute! This company is definitely at the wrong end of scale for the customer care. I will definitely not use them again.
Inaccurate description of items. When I finally received it....it was poor quality and Inaccurate description. I contacted customer service who just ignored my query altogether. Would never shop here again. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor delivery......overall crap.
Ordered a desk . First the color wasn't matching what we have ordered. The desk arrived chipped everywhere. The delivery driver was extremely rude to my wife (pregnant), and he didn't want to bring it to the second floor. Now i have arranged the pick up, and the operator is telling me , that they will come in the next "couple of days" ?? really ? I am working. do i suppose to stay home waiting for the collection. Obnoxious customer services, and crap and substandard material. Stay away from it !
Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I have never in my entire life received such shocking service. Wrong rug sent, took me a month to get them to acknowledge this, a further month to get the rug collected (not a small thing to have lurking in your hallway), repeated dates given for collection (me having to wait in from 6am - 8pm each time as that is the window)... nobody pitching up. Eventually got the rug collected, but is now 'lost' and they have no record of collection so I am still without a refund. Do yourself a favour and just buy from somewhere else...
I have never received such bad service. I have been trying to return two rugs and was told that a company would come between 8.00-20.00. After waiting the whole day and enquiring on the day if someone was coming, no-one came to collect the rug. Another collection was booked after I had been on hold for 30 minutes and again no-one turned up. I was informed afterwards that actually they had not booked the collection, even though I was informed on the day that it had been booked. A third date was booked and again, no-one turned up and again yesterday no-one turned up. I have emailed and raised it as a complaint after the third failed attempt and no-one has still contacted me!
Please be aware this company takes ages to solve complains. I have ordered an item that was delivered to the shop next to the property. It is a couriers responsibility and the company in question to deal with such issue and swift refund to the account. I am now waiting 6 weeks for this to be resolved and am being CHARGED interest on the item I NEVER received !!! So disappointed, shame :(
