I was doubtful after seeing the mixed Trustpilot rating, but my experience has been fairly straightforward. I first ordered a couple of Dolce & Gabbana T-shirts back in July, then tried a hoodie in October. Both orders turned up quickly with DHL, and the sizing was actually right, which is not always a given online. The hoodie feels well made too. So far, nothing has gone wrong, and I’d use LEAM again.
A costly first outing
By the time I was waiting for the lift at work, one heel on my nearly €1,000 Attico boots had already given way. I’d bought them because I needed a smart pair for office days after living in trainers while my back was playing up, so it was a pretty grim first outing. A cobbler next door managed a quick repair, thankfully, and I could get back to my meetings, but it was an expense and hassle I hadn’t expected. The boots looked great and the shop’s range is genuinely tempting. Still, Leam’s response felt rather distant. They pointed me towards the brand and said the repair affected my options, instead of really acknowledging that I had to sort it straight away. Maybe I was unlucky, but at this price I expected more support.
Broken merchandise, refund
I recently bought something and had a really bad time with the service I got. I was hoping to get an email to confirm my order, but nothing came. I got worried and tried to contact customer service a few times, but all they said was that the products got damaged when packing them. I'm grateful for the quick refund, but I can't help but doubt that excuse. It seems like they just didn't want to send my order out in the first place. Also, if my questions were such a problem, they should maybe think about giving customers better updates to start with. It goes without saying that I won't be shopping with them again.
Top clothing purchase
I recently purchased this really awesome top and it was just perfect! It arrived super quickly as well. I'm really looking forward to shopping with them again!
Amazing customer service
I made an order for 5 scarves from Leam, but with a mix up in the order. The mix up was entirely my fault. When I noticed the mix up, I sent an email to Leam customer service department and they were very friendly and professional. I was able to inform them about the mix up in the colours I chose versus the colours I actually wanted. I was informed that it would be taken care of. I finally received my scarves a few days later and the adjustments were made to the order. I got exactly what I wanted and I will be buying from them again soon.

Leam return policy
They claim to run delivery services to their product. The company maintain that all products have the right of withdrawal, so the customer can use, within 14 days after the date of delivery of the product to its return. The withdrawal right can be exercised concerning specific products and services. To enjoy the right of withdrawal, the user must make the shipment within 14 days from the date of delivery of products to be properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged, not damaged).
