Broken merchandise, refund
I recently bought something and had a really bad time with the service I got. I was hoping to get an email to confirm my order, but nothing came. I got worried and tried to contact customer service a few times, but all they said was that the products got damaged when packing them. I'm grateful for the quick refund, but I can't help but doubt that excuse. It seems like they just didn't want to send my order out in the first place. Also, if my questions were such a problem, they should maybe think about giving customers better updates to start with. It goes without saying that I won't be shopping with them again.
Top clothing purchase
I recently purchased this really awesome top and it was just perfect! It arrived super quickly as well. I'm really looking forward to shopping with them again!
Amazing customer service
I made an order for 5 scarves from Leam, but with a mix up in the order. The mix up was entirely my fault. When I noticed the mix up, I sent an email to Leam customer service department and they were very friendly and professional. I was able to inform them about the mix up in the colours I chose versus the colours I actually wanted. I was informed that it would be taken care of. I finally received my scarves a few days later and the adjustments were made to the order. I got exactly what I wanted and I will be buying from them again soon.

Leam return policy
They claim to run delivery services to their product. The company maintain that all products have the right of withdrawal, so the customer can use, within 14 days after the date of delivery of the product to its return. The withdrawal right can be exercised concerning specific products and services. To enjoy the right of withdrawal, the user must make the shipment within 14 days from the date of delivery of products to be properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged, not damaged).
