I was iffy about ordering — site said five days, I needed it for holiday and had past with late deliveries from other shops. They then rang to say it was out of stock and delayed, so my worry didn't vanish, I was annoyed — but to be fair they apologised and offered a refund, was a bit of a surprise.
Lesson learned by the lake
Not worth it, honestly — lesson learned. I bought it for a weekend by the lake last month and expected a proper bikini; what arrived was more like fashion fabric, not something I'd swim in. Customer service was slow and I was told no returns (the weirdest bit), then they grudgingly accepted the top back but gave no updates or refund. On the plus side the colour didn't fade, weirdly.
When it clicked
I put it on for an evening while away on a weekend trip — that’s when I knew I was pleased. First it felt a bit odd, then the fit settled and I kept catching my reflection. I took photos and got loads of compliments. Quality was better than expected for the price, so happy.
Proper fit at last
I grabbed this from the new collection for a holiday and tried it on in a rush, hair still damp and no make-up, and was pleased straight away. The fabric sits well — not stiff, not clingy in the wrong places. It hugs my shoulders and waist where I expect, and lets the hips fall naturally; I'm fairly muscular and curvy so that balance is rare. Wearing it felt comfortable all evening, easy to move in, and I kept checking mirrors. I'd bought their chainmail dress for a Vegas birthday and got loads of compliments, so I had a hunch it’d be good.
Sun-ready favourite
Love it — really glad I bought it. It felt well made and the fit is spot on. There was a short restock delay, annoying at first, but service were great and kept me in the loop. Surprised it shrugged off a small spill. I got it in time for my holiday and wore it loads — to the beach, for coffee and even a casual work night. Got so many compliments. Happy I bought it.
Dress
Big scam. I've bought a dress from that shop. Never arrived. Customer service ignored all my mails. I lost 90 pounds.
dresses
I bought 4 dresses not realizing they were a scam. They tell you that you can return but can only have store credit only if you order outside the UK... which is fine. If you are in the US it costs 90-100$ to mail back but their scam is when the USPS contacts them in the UK to get the package they just don't go pick it up. The USPS will notify them multiple times and only give them 4 weeks and they mail it back to sender. I have proof it was delivered sent to customer service and they have been well aware that it was returned. Now they won't return my emails and I am stuck with $475 work of dresses I can't return and I have wasted additional $ to ship back. This is 100% a scam and on purpose. I have reported this to the USPS. Terrible company.
