Big scam. I've bought a dress from that shop. Never arrived. Customer service ignored all my mails. I lost 90 pounds.

I bought 4 dresses not realizing they were a scam. They tell you that you can return but can only have store credit only if you order outside the UK... which is fine. If you are in the US it costs 90-100$ to mail back but their scam is when the USPS contacts them in the UK to get the package they just don't go pick it up. The USPS will notify them multiple times and only give them 4 weeks and they mail it back to sender. I have proof it was delivered sent to customer service and they have been well aware that it was returned. Now they won't return my emails and I am stuck with $475 work of dresses I can't return and I have wasted additional $ to ship back. This is 100% a scam and on purpose. I have reported this to the USPS. Terrible company.
