I just bought my first bra and it turned out to be too big for me. But, surprisingly, the customer service was top-notch. I got in touch with them, they quickly sent me a return label and a new one without any hassle. And the replacement bra is not only comfy and fits perfectly, but it also looks really sexy. I'm really happy with how things turned out and I'd definitely suggest this company to others. Thanks a lot for the great service.
My order got lost but they sent another one
I was really gutted when my order got lost in the post, but the folks were really lovely and sent me a replacement straight away. The item was absolutely adorable and I was over the moon with it!
Purple matching bra and brief set
I absolutely love the purple matching bra and brief set I recently bought! It's not as supportive as my usual bras, but it's incredibly comfy and the colour and pattern are just so cool. Two bras with different styles
I bought two really cute bras and I'm so pleased with them. The service was fantastic, and my things came quickly and in a nice package. The first bra had a really good chest band but it was a bit loose for me, still it looked nice. The second bra had lovely colours and I wore it for the first time today. My only issue would be the metal rings which I think are being replaced.
Fuller cup bralets
A few years ago, I bought the fuller cup bralets, but they didn't fit right. So when I heard about the new shaped bralets for bigger bust sizes, I thought I'd give them a go. The bras are really nice and comfy. But I've noticed that the band still tends to roll up, although I guess that's a common issue with bralets.
One thing to mention is that I got the same size in three different colours, and they all fit a bit differently, which was a bit confusing. Despite this, I have to say that the customer service was absolutely fantastic. When two of the bras turned out faulty, I contacted customer service and after sending pictures, they quickly sent me two replacement bras. I was really impressed by the fast and efficient response.FF/G cup underwear
I was really pleased with the FF/G cup underwear I bought from Lemonade. The quality was excellent, and I thought the price was pretty reasonable. The material felt nice and sturdy, and I liked the way they paid attention to little details in the design.
But I was a little bit let down by the fact that there weren't too many different styles available in FF-H cup sizes. Also, I found that the FF/G cup was slightly on the small side, so if you usually wear a G cup, it might be worth getting the next size up.
Even with these small issues, I was happy with my purchase overall and would definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.Fuller design 2 piece
The Fuller design 2 piece arrived in a lovely shade of green and the quality of the construction is absolutely beautiful. But, as someone who has a job that requires a lot of physical activity, I found that the bra didn't give me enough support for my 38E chest. Even so, the bra is great for just lounging around the house, sleeping, and resting on days off. On the other hand, the knickers are really well-made and they look very flattering.
Super cute clothes
I absolutely love the clothes I bought from this store! They are really cute, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable to wear. The customer service was fantastic - they were so lovely and really helpful, especially when there were a few delays on my end.
