Competitive pricing, availability, excellent service
I went to this shop the other day to get a new suitcase I needed. I was really happy to see that they had good prices, the suitcase I wanted was in stock, and they delivered it quickly. Even though I chose the standard delivery option, I got my order the very next day! The service overall was brilliant, and I would definitely tell my friends to check out this shop.
Suitcases out of stock issue
I've just had a bit of a nightmare with my order of suitcases from this shop. I thought I was getting two, but turns out there was some mix-up with the stock and they didn't actually have any left. This has left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down by the whole service.
