I almost didn't buy this because of the whole pre-order thing. One item was listed as pre-order with an early July ship date, and I didn't want to be stuck with multiple deliveries or huge extra costs. I messaged customer service to ask if they could split the order and what the extra fees would be for international shipping. I was braced for maybe an extra $30, but they quoted $125 — on top of the $125 I'd already paid at checkout for shipping and import taxes — which made me hesitate. After a few emails back and forth they said they'd waive the extra shipping for me and would let me know when the first batch shipped. Honestly, I wasn't expecting them to offer that. Then the next day another email said they'd managed to send the whole order together. So that sorted my worry right away. I wear the jewellery every day now, to work and evenings, and it's become one of those small things that cheers me up. Slightly surprised, genuinely pleased — a proper customer service win.
Parcel limbo — lovely product, rubbish logistics
I got this little personalised bracelet as a Valentine’s present and the piece itself is actually quite nice — weighty enough to feel real, engraving neat, nice clasp that doesn’t fidget all evening. Trouble is, getting it to me felt like watching paint dry. I ordered early, there was an estimated window, then an email saying a shipping label had been made and Royal Mail would take over. Except the tracking just said “sender marked as dispatched” and then… silence. I chased them twice and got polite emails about them “looking into it” and waiting on Royal Mail. That could be legit, but after a few days it felt like being strung along. I’ve had slow custom stuff before and that’s fine if you’re honest — one jeweller I used to love always said “four weeks” and I was happy to wait. This time I’d have been happier with the same honesty. The bracelet when it finally appeared (yes, it did turn up eventually) was worth wearing, but the back-and-forth and not knowing left a sour taste. So not a disaster, but not great either. If you want the item to use right away, maybe don’t risk it; if you can cope with uncertainty, the product itself won’t disappoint.
Bit of a wait but good support
Right, so I ordered on 1st February 2026 and I’ve been checking in a few times since — probably more than I should admit. The thing that stood out straight away was the speed of the replies from Love Jewelry; every email was answered quickly and politely, which made me feel like someone was actually on it. That said, the delivery side has been messy. I was told production and delivery would take 5–10 working days, but tomorrow is the 12th working day and Royal Mail still don’t show they’ve got the parcel. Love Jewelry say a shipping label was made and the item was sent to the courier on 11th February, so there’s a mismatch somewhere. I’ve asked today for a realistic update and a proper timeframe — I just want to know where it is. I’m using the item as a gift, so it matters, and yes I’m a bit nervous about timing, but I do genuinely expect the piece to be lovely when it arrives. Overall I appreciate the quick customer service and am hopeful this will be sorted soon.
