best place for jewellery
hey i found really best place to find jewellery and the quality is super awesome :) you will gifted jewellery to your wives and girlfriends without any hesitation guys this will be really great place for buying jewellery :) and stuff is good long use of jewellery never put there colours faded :) and best thing is that they got customer service before buying any jewellery you will be discussed with customer service officer and they will do really great help so i suggested guys trusted them and do make your wives and girlfriends happier then ever before (y)
2x pandora rings. Bought separately
Bought the first ring for my daughter ,she absolutely loves it.
Bought the second 2 weeks later for my niece she also loves it.
Both rings arrived within 4 days, both wrapped and secure. Very good quality with an intricate design.
No problems at all

I purchased my watch on Saturday 12/06/2021 and expected that it would (and should) have been received by at least Tuesday 15/06/2021 as promised using your own selected means of delivery which as I understand is "one day tracked". On Wednesday 16/06/2021 when it had still not arrived, I rang your offices and spoke with Katy who advised me that Royal Mail (your selected courier) had not scanned the package properly and that it was now untrackable, but that there would be a 99% chance that it would still be delivered to me after a waiting period of at least ten days due to Royal Mail`s standard procedures. (Obviously, Katy must be accustomed to these postal problems as she seemed to know the procedure quite well - yet you still continue to use Royal Mail??) - I find this difficult to understand as Royal Mail have attached a tracking number to my item: VY779648601GB refers - and this is issued by Royal Mail - I fail to accept that this item has not been scanned by Royal Mail as it has been allocated a tracking number by Royal Mail which can only be allocated after being scanned?? I requested a refund as the watch in question is a present and will be no good after the day it was intended to be presented. I therefore requested a refund but was told I would have to wait for the ten day Royal Mail period to progress before you (thejewelhut) can make enquiries as to it`s whereabouts and subsequently decide whether I deserve a refund?? I am very unhappy with the way in which this has gone and I am seeking an immediate refund. It is absolutely none of my business who you decide to select as your courier and it is certainly no fault of mine that this item has not reached me within the time you specified! Please look into this and arrange my refund asap or the matter will be escalated as highly as it needs to be. Regards, Helen Williams
Further to this: 17/06/2021 I spoke with Customer Services at Royal Mail who advised me that contrary to everything that Katy had said - VY779648601GB is the thejewelhut`s own tracking number, these tracking numbers are attached to articles prior to arranging to post them by thejewelhut themselves– this is NOT a Royal Mail code number and not issued by them at all. In addition – Royal Mail can confirm categorically – that this tracking number has never ever been scanned into any system and the article itself has not been posted at all.
I rang Katy back at thejewelut offices 17/06/2021 to present her with this information and she simply said I had been issued with a refund – no apology at all for any of the inconvenience or the misleading information with regard to the above.
This is the first and only time I have made a purchase with thejewelhut and I won`t ever be buying anything again from this outfit. I advise you to avoid them – it’s not as though they offer anything special of exclusive – I`ll be choosing a professional jeweller next time.Pandora necklace, hoop and charm
The order was delivered but the chain was missing. I reported this but they claimed that it must have been stolen by Royal Mail employee.
Trying to get a refund through PayPal now.

I have no problem with the item or price. However, I paid for guaranteed next day delivery and 3 days later received notification that the bracelet was on it's way to a distribution centre. I still don't know when it will get to the person I bought it for as the Royal Mail have nothing registered under the tracking code. If I had known it would take this long to even send the bracelet out I certainly wouldn't have paid the extra for a guaranteed next day delivery. Very disappointed.

Ordered a guess watch as a gift to be delivered to Netherlands and the product received was damaged .and wrote an email to return or exchange the product inresponse they asked to fill a form from royal mail which has no option to choose postal code to Netherlands.Know they want us to spend money and send the product back by mail.....
Not accepted not even bothered to talk about the cost to resend. I have already paid extra for delivery charges... Very bad customer service....jewellery
I didn't receive one of my order and I sent an email on that issue.
They replied only on the first day. No Reply , No Apology since then.
I applied dispute Paypal.
They didn't give me any reply through Paypal but they replied to my personal email that if I close the claim, then they may refund.
I felt like they aren't being honest so I didn't close my case.
Finally, I've got the refund but it was very unpleasant experience.
I think their customer service is the worst.

If you have no problem with your delivery, It would be O.K.
But there is something wrong, you could get in trouble.Sent out wrong item, refuse to collect it and send the correct item
Ordered a few times from this company and this will be my last. I received my order today which was meant to be the pandora reflections bracelet in rose gold at a cost of £125 only to receive the silver bracelet at a cost of £55. I called them straight away for them to tell me it’s a human error. I asked them to collect it and deliver a new one at the same time however they don’t offer this service. So I now have to waste more of my time packing the item back up and taking it to the post office to then post the item back to them then I have to call them once I have sent the item back to them as they can’t even call me back. All this has to be done before they will send out the correct item. They offered a £5 gift voucher but that’s a joke. It will cost me more than that to take it to the post office and let’s not forget the time I have to waste doing this. All because someone in there wearhouse clearley needs to go to spec savers as they can’t read and tell the difference between rose gold and silver. I cant help but wonder how many times they have done this to other people hoping they could get away with it. The word conmen springs to mind!
This is mean5 to be a mother day gift but will be lucky if it gets hear in time now.
