Charm purchase
I bought a set of charms from this shop, and they only sent me one instead of the four I ordered. I was a bit upset at first, but when I got in touch with customer service to sort it out, they were really sorry and owned up to their mistake. They sorted it out by sending the other three charms by premium mail, which I thought was good of them. Their quick response and genuine apology made me give them a 5-star rating.
