Learned my lesson — won’t order from them again 12 March 2026

don’t rely on their promises, because I found out the hard way. I needed a velvet blazer for a specific event and their 3‑day shipping claim convinced me to order. It didn’t arrive in time — in fact it showed up after the event, so that part alone made the purchase pointless. When the jacket did turn up it wasn’t what I’d ordered. Not a small difference either; the lapels were totally wrong and it was a one‑button jacket instead of the two‑button style shown in the photos and description. So, yeah, different product altogether. They then marked it as final sale and offered a discount afterwards — which doesn’t fix the fact that I was misled and missed my event. Customer service were slow and a bit brusque, with one rep actually saying “don’t bother returning the jacket”, which, well, says it all about how they handle things once they’ve got your money. I did a quick look at other reviews afterwards and the pattern was clear — not just a one‑off. If you’re thinking of ordering, my advice is: don’t use them for anything time‑sensitive, ask for a confirmation photo before they ship, or better still buy somewhere local you can trust. Slightly annoying to be so blunt, but I’m relieved I won’t make the same mistake again. If you’re okay taking a risk and possibly being strung along, fine, but I’d recommend steering clear. Short version: useful lesson learned, but I wouldn’t recommend this company.
