I spotted these on Instagram in November and sent the link to my partner as a Christmas idea. The rings when they eventually turned up actually look and feel decent — that was a relief. Trouble is, they were two different sizes and getting that fixed has been a proper faff. Emails take ages, the so‑called emergency WhatsApp just sends you back to email, and replies trickle in weeks apart. I’ve sent size photos with a ruler and still no proper resolution, which is annoying. I told my sister about them before buying and now I’m a bit embarrassed. Still, glad the product itself is OK — if customer service sorted their response times I’d be much happier. As it stands I’m cautiously pleased but wouldn’t count on a quick exchange.
