Strange episode — I placed an order on 13 September and was told one item was out of stock. They said they'd knock 5% off and ship by the end of the month. What showed up on my account was nearer 3%, and my polite ask to fix it seemed to vanish. By 16 October the order was still stuck in processing, which is annoying, sure. On the plus side their replies were calm and not rude when I chased, and some past shops I've used were far worse at communication, so I'm cautiously optimistic they'll sort it. Glad it's not a total disaster — just a messy bit of logistics.
Saved my match
