Wedding anniversary gift
I bought a lovely wedding anniversary gift for my partner on this website not long ago. Unfortunately, it ended up breaking after a few months. Engraved anniversary present
I ordered a special engraved gift for my wife's wedding anniversary from an online shop not long ago. They said it would arrive by a certain date, but it ended up coming nearly a week later than expected. To top it off, I got a standard email saying my order had only just been dispatched, which made me doubt the way they keep in touch with customers. Unfortunately, this meant my wife's anniversary surprise was ruined, which was really upsetting. I've never been so let down by an online purchase before and I wouldn't suggest this shop to anyone who wants dependable and prompt service.
Watercolour image with frame
I had a bit of trouble communicating with the sellers on this platform. The emails they sent me were a bit confusing, and I found it quite tricky to get around the website. As soon as I paid for my order, I asked for a change to be made, but sadly, the final product didn't reflect the changes I requested. Finally, when the product arrived, it was more than a week late, and I was really let down by the quality of both the watercolour image and the frame.
Ugly Product
I got this thing online that I thought would be great, but when it came, it was actually pretty awful and not at all what I was hoping for. I tried to chat with the seller about it, but they weren't very nice to me. Luckily, I contacted customer service from the website I got it from, but they ended up siding with the seller instead of helping me out.
Two items
The customer service was really great, quick, and really attentive. Both items and the Sellers were brilliant. But, the website was a bit confusing, it felt like it was made by a robot or someone with a muddled mind. The ordering system kept saying two items were actually one, which was confusing until the package came. There were a few spelling mistakes in the system, like 'expirate' instead of 'expiration', which was annoying. Nevertheless, the main thing is that the right items got here on time.
Custom handmade jewellery purchase
I bought some custom handmade jewellery from this website not long ago and I was really let down by the quality of what I received. The piece didn't match the photos at all and looked like it had been poorly put together. On top of that, the customer service team weren't very helpful or responsive when I tried to talk to them about it. All in all, it was a bit of a disappointment.
Silver earrings with rose gold ball
I got these lovely silver earrings for my friend, with a pretty rose gold ball in the middle. Sadly, she can't wear them now because they've gone all black! I'm really let down by them 😡
Digital Experience purchase
I bought something online on the website, but I had trouble getting into my account to download it. I contacted customer service and Ariana sorted it out super quickly. She not only got in touch with the seller for me but also sent me a PDF of the thing I bought. I was really impressed with how helpful she was.

The team was super quick to answer any questions I had and their positivity was really nice to see. I would definitely suggest this website to anyone who wants to find special gifts for their family and friends.

I ordered a special birthday gift for my son, wanted to tweak the wording a bit. The customer service team were amazing, they sorted out my requests with no problem at all. I was really happy with the service I got and will definitely shop with them again.
