Supplements - rip off scam
Stay well away from this firm. They make it hard to cancel subscriptions to pills. Month after month, despite clicking the 'pause subscription' they come though and you get billed. In the small print it says clicking pause subscription will pause it indefinetly...this is not happening. If you look at the other part of your account, the pause is for TWO months and then the billing recommences. Sharp practices, borderline illegal? I would stay well away.

This company scams new customers with auto refill orders at full price without your consent and no refunds.
Initially made an order for a one off treatment. The treatment was not right for me and i had contacted the numan team not to send any further prescriptions as the treatment was not right for me. I later received an order from Numan for the prescription I specifically told them not to send and they had charged me full price for something i cant use. I made several more attempts to contact them to return the unopened order they sent and get a refund. After several emails they did not once reply to a single communication.
Frankly speaking you are better off going to a pharmacy in person for a prescription as numan will sign you up to a monthly rolling prescription even if you don't need it and will charge you full price each time. I am now over £60 at a loss with a box of pills that could ... me.
Till today i still have had no contact back from them and no refund, if your order does not arrive you likely will not get a refund either, beware of this company. High street pharmacy's won't give you such problems.Viagra connect
