I purchased this supplement once and it was actually quite good. But then out of nowhere, other supplements that I never even ordered started arriving at my door. Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, they took my money for these incorrect orders and didn't even offer a refund. Seriously, that's just not right!
Brexit-related customs delay
I recently bought something from this company and I didn't realise that Brexit might cause customs delays. Unfortunately, after the item was sent out, it took nearly two months for the customs and taxes to be sorted. It was really irritating because I hadn't been told about this in advance, and it caused a lot of hassle for me.
