I've just bought loads of stuff from this online shop and I must say, I am well chuffed with the range of designer clothes they've got on sale at really good prices. I managed to pick up some Dsquared caps and Neil Barrett shorts, stuff that you just don't see everywhere else. The quality of the gear was top-notch and I was well impressed with how quickly my orders arrived - all within 3 days. Despite reading a few dodgy reviews, my experience with this site has been nothing but positive and I'll definitely be back to shop with them again in the future.

Next day delivery order
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I ordered next day delivery last week and paid extra for it. But even though I got an email with a tracking number from Parcel Force, the package still hasn't been given to the courier. I've tried calling and emailing the company several times, but no one's getting back to me. The lack of communication and bad customer service has just left me feeling really frustrated and unhappy.
Delayed delivery due to item being out of stock
I was really let down by my recent visit to this shop. I ordered something for next day delivery, but six days later I got a call saying they'd run out of stock. It meant my birthday present was late and made things awkward on the day. I found it really bad that they didn't keep me in the loop and couldn't stick to what they promised for delivery.

I bought the Sandbanks Jacket online and was really disappointed with it when it arrived. The bag it came in was torn, and the whole thing just didn't look up to scratch. I was hoping for a bit more care and attention to detail, especially since it's from a fancy designer brand.

Charm in wrong colour
I ordered a charm and they sent the wrong colour! I even showed them a picture of the charm next to the one I already had to prove it was incorrect, but they were insistent that it was the right colour. Now I have to pay to return the wrong charm, which is really not cool. I buy charms from many different places, but this experience has made me hesitant to buy from them again. The staff seriously need training in customer service and perhaps an eye test as well.
Quick delivery
I ordered something online, paid for next day delivery, but it didn't turn up. So, I got in touch to complain and they said I'd missed their next day delivery deadline - really? And they still took my money! I had a look on their website today and now they're offering free next day delivery - why wasn't that available to me? The package eventually arrived at a nearby post office - not exactly handy. I definitely won't be using them again!
Birthday present, not received
I bought a birthday present from this shop for my daughter but it never showed up! I didn't even get an email to say why. They just gave me my money back with no explanation. The customer service there is just awful. Do yourself a favour and shop at bigger stores that actually deliver on time.
Necklace purchase
I bought a necklace online not long ago. But it never showed up and when I reached out to customer service, they told me it got lost in the delivery process. It's been four months now and they're still looking into it, but there's no solution yet. I'm really not happy with this kind of service, it's just not on. I feel really let down by the company.
Necklace and bracelet
Oh my gosh, it was such a nightmare getting this necklace and bracelet from this place! They didn't have Trustpilot reviews, so I couldn't tell if they were reliable or not. And, the service was just terrible! The returns form had the wrong details, so when I tried to send something back, I got completely stuck. Let's not even start on the deliveries - I actually lost money because of their unreliable delivery service. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone!
