    Not worth the hassle

don’t expect smooth service. I first saw these folks after a mate shared a post on a local Facebook group and I tried them because the price looked OK — lesson learned. The order process looked fine until delivery time rolled around and there was nothing to track; they simply insisted the parcel had been sent. Then they asked me to pay again for a replacement for an item I never received, and when I pushed back my details ended up with a debt collector. I found the constant calls and automated emails really wearing. Worst of all is the lack of proper human contact: everything funnels through a chatbot that can’t actually sort out live problems or give meaningful updates. I’m mildly annoyed rather than furious, but it’s not a service I’d recommend, and I’ve told my mate to steer clear too.

Bit of a faff, but ended up okay

they took a payment, I rang to cancel, I cancelled the direct debit too, and there was that wrinkle about needing a month's notice. It felt like going round in circles for a while. That said, once I pushed a bit more they did sort things out. Communication was a bit slow at times, but eventually someone actually explained the notice period properly and stopped the next charge. The product itself is light, not heavy-duty, but it’s fine for casual use — feels okay in the hand, packaging was neat, and I can see why my mate liked it. I did try to return the unwanted item; the returns process could be clearer, but in the end they accepted it and confirmed cancellation. So yes, a rocky start, but I’m glad it was sorted without debt collectors or anything dramatic. Bit stressful while it was happening, but relief now. Would recommend trying it, just watch the subscription checkbox and keep an eye on your bank.

    Half a tracksuit, whole hassle

I was pulling on an ancient gym top in the rain, thinking I really should sort myself out, so I decided to spend my loyalty points on a proper tracksuit — I needed something comfy for rehab exercises, my back's been playing up since the move. I'd been wary because of a previous dodgy order, but €200 in points should've covered the full set, so I hit buy. The first try glitched, I retried, confirmation came through and I breathed a sigh of relief. Parcel arrives and only the top is inside. The top is alright — fits well, decent fabric, so a little bright spot — but the rest was a mess. Support were quite blunt, blamed me, and asked me to return the hoodie even though I'd already removed the tag and worn it, because I genuinely believed the order was complete. They wouldn't admit a system error or that I'd paid twice in points, and I had to push hard to get any recognition. To be fair there was a small gesture later, but it felt token. My initial doubts weren't really eased; decent product, poor handling — I'd be careful next time.

    Points redeemed, patience wasted

In short, I’m done with them — not because a mistake happens, but because of how they handled it. I tried to use €200 in points for a full tracksuit; the checkout glitched twice and still took the payment, but I only received the hoodie even though I had selected the set. That would have been annoying, fine, but support insisted the error was on me. They wanted me to send the hoodie back without the tag (yes, without the tag), wait for them to process it, and pay delivery twice to sort out what was clearly their fault. It took nearly two months, dragged out with emails and back-and-forth, and no proper resolution. I eventually had to buy the trousers separately and cover all postage costs myself. As someone who’s shopped there for years, the lack of ownership was surprising — the tone was procedural rather than helpful. I’ve cancelled my subscription; I’d advise others to keep an eye on their orders and think twice about relying on reward points for big items. They could improve simply by admitting system errors and taking responsibility. Small details, but it all adds up.
