2 sweaters
they refuse to send em the full refund even though i ordered a size XXL and it was a size M in all reality. I am a large person and can eyeball sizes immediately. They falsely accused me of trying on the clothes when they were obviously too small. No need to try them on. One item came without a tag and they said I removed the tag. I paid 35 euro for one sweater and they only will refund 29 euro. I paid shipping both ways with no reimbursement. Overall they worst online shopping experience I have ever had with any company in my life. Be warned people. Stay away from this company. There are much better companies online with clothes that are sized correctly. SCAMMERS!
3 x face masks
We got some cotton masks but I dont really rate them. They are comfortable but nobody can hear anything you say as they are a bit too thick. The grey bit to stop the glasses steaming is completely useless and i would ask for my money back on principle but can't be bothered. My husband wont wear his and my daughter is beginning to prefer the disposable ones. I wear mine but only because i spent £36 in masks and filters!
men's moss stitch roll neck jumper
Ordered two merino jumpers, in different sizes to try, thinking I'd send one back, in accordance with their advice. Applied for return on the last day of 21 day period. First they tried to claim it was out of returns period, then when I pointed out it wasn't they issued a return. They've now sent the jumper back to me, saying they won't accept it because it's "been worn" even though it's completely new and all I did was try it on! (er, which is how I know it's too small!). The jumpers themselves are lovely - no problem there. I tried to reason that I've accepted one product, they've made a sale and in the interests of a positive ongoing relationship they're surely better off being reasonable, but they won't listen and have just set themselves against this return. Now I'm £90 out of pocket with a jumper that doesn't fit. Avoid.
